I would be looking for jobs in other states as well. Basically once you have your 1 plus years hospital experience, it will be significantly easier to get a job. Good luck!

I had the interview this past Wednesday and then attended the open house. Very informal get to know you type of interview. There is a 26 question critical care test afterwards. Some basic stuff and some CCRN stuff. They said I would know in 2-3 weeks...
