There's an option u can use that let's you doc a med without scanning it. Is that not acceptable? To doc manually? If so, why is the option there to choose it?

No. Nothing as of yet. I go in Wed to see the pharmacy report. Hopefully I can scour the records in epic and see what's going on

There have been times where I've given but documented as such, with " bar code unreadable" . So some I document as given, but bar code wasn't scanned. I was never told not to do this. Is that going to get me in trouble?

I didn't have insurance and JUST applied to NSO. Can I get insurance while something like this is going on? I'd be asking for help right after applying. Ugh

Yes , that's what the pharmacy report says . But they had no report to show me. I asked to see it. HOW COULD anyone pull seven narcotics s ( over course of a month) and forget to give them?
