So I am curious, many people have been talking about prioritization, delegation, and assignment book by linda lacharity... is it a practice book with questions. I just bought it and its just practice questions throughout. Many of you guys are talking about "scores" how do you even know... is there a cd with it? because I sure do not have CD in mine... Maybe I bought the wrong book???

I have the EBook and it is all questions. I just take the practice test and score them myself. Like 15/20 = 75%. And then I read all of the rationales for every question! I don't think you are missing anything. It is a good book. Not what I thought it would be. The learning is in the rationales. And you can see where you stand on each subject. If that helps at all?

Is this book good for NCLEX pn

Not really as it may cause more confusion as it is geared for RN scope not LPN scope
