Does anyone out there have any suggestions for "predominately white shoes" that are still relatively "cool" looking? I usually wear Nike shoes that are white and some other color (red, blue, etc.) I would appreciate any links / suggestions as to what you all are wearing out there!

I'm going for some white leather new balance walking shoes.
Ok perhaps not cool but I trust new balance from experience.. and I want the white leather as it seems to be universally accepted.
I figure I will splurge after I graduate and enter a hospital system with an actual job~

I have worn skater shoes at jobs where I am on my feet alot and will wear them once I get done with my CNA training and start working. I have to be very particular about my shoes. One of my ankles has been reconstructed twice. I shattered it crashing my motorcycle into a car that ran a stop sign once and then it had to be reconstructed again when to put an exclamation point on his arguement, I got shot by the guy I was having a "spirited disagreement" with.

I found a pair of Nike Air"s that are all white at Ross (Close out store @ 29.99!). I suppose they are as cool as you can get being all white...

I'm wearin' virtually all white Dr Scholl's something or others ...... not really cool, but they'll suffice for my time in clinicals, and the $30 price was right - they're actually quite comfortable (but then again, I have rarely ever had any trouble with any shoes, other than decades ago when I was into long distance running).
Comfort should be priority #1 .... "cool" shouldn't matter - form follows function

Nike low-cut air force are pretty comfortable sneakers to wear. Not to mention that they don't look bad at all.

I bought a pair of decent Adidas without the 3 black stripes on the side, only downside if you have to buy insoles for more arch support.

Right now, Finish Line has Nike Shox in the clearance section online for $80. That might be high for you, but they are closed cell with no mesh, and they are most white, with a little silver. I just got them.
I already went thru 2 other pairs of shox, black ones for normal use and white ones for work/school. I love em, they are awesome. They really seem to help me since I can't be standing in one spot for a long period of time. I realized its not the walking that kills me, its the standing in one place for 5 minutes X 50 times/day.
Nike Shox. Best shoes ever.
