I read that they collect 10 vials of blood. What tests do they run on your blood?

When you go for the exam they ought to tell you. You can always ask. The tests will depend on the policies of the facility.

I've never had any blood drawn as part of a pre-employment physical.

You read in an employee handbook they collect 10 vials of blood? Usually it's just a couple and they check your titers. Most importantly Hep B.

I've never had that much. It was 3 all for immunity tigers to MMR, varicella and hepatitis.

My first job drew one vial to have a baseline of my hep c status in case there were any issues later on. They didn't draw titers since I had records of my hep b ones from nursing school.
My second job drew 1 vial for the quantiferon gold TB test and that was it.
Both places tested my urine for drugs and nicotine.

I once had to get an MMR titer and nothing else, for whatever reason they drew 5 full SST tubes, I still don't understand what the purpose of that was.
