I am interested in finding out more information about Prairie View's SON, but I am having a hard time locating information.
I have been to the school website www.pvamu.edu but I cannot seem to find what I am looking for. Does anyone know if there will be a nursing school term beginning in Spring 2010? Also, any information on deadlines, application process, etc? I have basically completed all of the required pre-reqs while preparing to apply to other nursing prograims, and I would really like to apply to PVAMU SON for the Spring if it is not too late.

Congratulations Hung!!! I'm already submitted my background online.The most important stuff to be done is the acceptance form, background and drug test. And you don't want to forget the stipend (we need as much money as possible).
Hey yall! I'm glad I found this! Just a couple questions... I'm planning on applying to Prairie View in a couple years so I know things may change before then. But I was wondering if the RN to BSN program is 1st come 1st serve as well?
And what is the NET test like? I've never heard of that before!
Sorry it took so long to respond but things have been crazy. PV no longer requires NET but the HESI. When it comes to first come first serve it isdepending on if you have met all prereqs. first.
I applied this January for the Fall 2010 LVN to BSN program. I have recieved provisional acceptance pending successful completion of my last 4 classes. I just finished them at HCC last week and so I am turning in all my information to PV-CON tomorrow when I go up there.
