Have you actually taken and passed the NCLEX exam? Be aware that the US is under a retrogression and has been for more than two years now. You are looking at probably close to 7 years for a chance at a green card, so you are going to need to get some experience someplace first.

Yes, redranger is correct, some hospitals accept new graduates who are ready to sit for nclex or are already an RN but with no experience. But the question now is, will the hospital sponsor the visa for a zero experience nurse?
They are looking for nurses that are currently in the US and that have visas that will permit them to work or even hold a US passport. Still says nothing about foreign trained nurses either.
The issue still is that there is probably about a seven year wait for a chance at a green card, and without a visa that permits one to work, then there is not a thing that can be done.
And if one manages to get hired now, and does not gain any experience as an RN while waiting, then it is going to be extremely difficult to get approved for the visa. This is why it really does not matter what is being posted in the papers right now, it does not benefit the foreign nurse that is waiting for the visa, or even wishing for one.

IEN are not able to work as a GN.
And Baylor states
"If you are a new graduate or an RN who graduated from an accredited nursing school and have CPR / BLS certification, consider a career at Baylor."

no employer can even offer a job to you until you have passed the nclex exam.
unemployment was just announced today as being the highest in 26 years in the us.
there were over 600,000 people that applied for unemployment benefits for the first time last week across the us.
chances of getting hired now are going to be extremely slim, especially since the employer has to prove that they are unable to hire an american for the job.
add into it the fact that it is almost impossible to get a job in your country right now with over 500,000 nurses unemployed that is paying and that is the type that is needed for the us. highly recommend that you look at other countries, do not put all of your hopes into getting to the us anytime soon.
In addition the situation continues to get worse. Microsoft announced layoffs for their work force this has never happened before. The new president so far is not liked by the stock market.
