Not in my building, but I know of 2 people locally (one I spoke to personally, the other was a friend of a friend).. Both were very, very mild cases.

Breakthrough' COVID Infection Rates as Expected
— Low numbers of breakthrough infections among the fully vaccinated
Quote ...On Thursday, the CDC reported national data, finding 5,800 breakthrough infections, with 396 requiring hospitalization and 74 deaths. The agency has a team that has been monitoring these infections since February, according to the Washington Post. During a White House press briefing last Friday, NIAID Director Anthony Fauci, MD, said he didn't have any concerns about breakthrough infections after vaccination. More than 74 million people in the U.S. have been fully vaccinated as of April 13, according to the CDC's vaccination tracker. "That number of individuals who were breakthrough infections is not at all incompatible with a 90-plus percent vaccine efficacy," Fauci said. "I don't think that there needs to be concern about any shift or change in the efficacy of the vaccine.

Considering that Moderna and Pfeiser have ~ 95%, J+J has ~72% efficiency rate, among more than 66 million Americans who have completed a full course of vaccination. incidence is rare, occurring in only 0.008% of cases

I have not seen it, but have seen a few cases infected between shot #1 and shot #2 of either Moderna and Pfizer. Borderline as to whether or not it was two weeks past shot #1 there, though.
But no shot is 100% - huge win if instead with the COVID vaccine, a mild case of COVID happens and it is no worse than a bad cold.

Two in my building BUT they weren't at the 14-day mark from their second (One was 2 days out and the other was 11)

one of my teachers just tested positive yesterday. She had her second dose on 4/5 and was contending with a family member who was positive first.

Which vaccine? I'm just curious. Ones in between vaccine 1 and 2 has been Pfizer thus far on my end.
I'm not certain - I'll see if I can find out
