Pomeroy College of Nursing

Hello I have submitted an application to the Evening/Weekend RN program at Pomeroy College of Nursing in Syracuse, NY. I am wondering if anyone else has applied to the program. The program starts Spring 2017 (January) and is 18 months long. I can't wait to receive an admission decision. I look forward to hearing from graduates of the program, current students, and prospective candidates.

I probably should , I'm surprised I haven't heard anything myself . I just want a yes or a no so I can stop wondering.

I haven't heard anything either which is really discouraging but I know a interview is required and I haven't received an invitation to schedule one so O assume at this point that I wasn't accepted. I hate to assume especially because I was told the enrollment process is staggered and the interview, deposits, -!: or letter dates are not the same for everyone but I would most rather expect the worst and receive the best instead of the opposite, in this particular case. Having taken the exam on 9/29 and getting everything in by the late/extended deadline, I would like to think everything for me is pushed back because of that. If I don't get accepted, it will be devastating but I will probably consider Utica College's Accelerated Bachelors in Nursing program or a program somewhere else if I move, depending on the opportunities.

Nothing yet :/ .. it's been almost 3 weeks since my interview . I've been so anxious to know!

Did you ever receive an email about financial aid? Just wondering if they sent these to everyone or people that have been accepted ..

That financial aid comment was supposed to go to you but didn't for some reason.

There have been a couple of emails about financial aid. I think one or two of them were sent to everyone regardless of acceptance. Once I put my deposit down, I received several emails regarding different things that needed to be completed, and one of them was financial aid.

Ah ok , I received a couple of emails about financial aid as well but still no denial or acceptance letter. Crazy

Not sure if I will be attending the open house yet or not , it would be nice to go but I have to see what my schedule is like ! Are you attending nursingbird?
