Nursing Students Pre-Nursing

Just wondering what everyone else thinks..thanks!

i actually thought organic was easier than general chem 2.

O chem for me. Hardest class I've ever taken. I loved the bio chem part though. Got an A but never had to fight so hard before. The professor was a big essay exam person. "Explain ______ and how it interacts with ______ on a molecular level. How does that traslate as a practical application? Include specific delta EN." Crazy make you think kind of stuff. Really taught me how to think better though!

Specializes in geriatrics.

I would have to agree with the chemistry I hated it i loved both A&P and micro

Specializes in Telemetry/Cardiac Floor.

A+P 1 and 2, an awful class, and an even worse professor!:trout:

Specializes in Pediatrics, Geriatrics, Call Center RN.

chemistry was the hardest class for me, I got an A but can't recall a thing. I remember writing these big long equations and didn't even know what I was writing but I somehow got them correct. Physiology was rough because I do better with black and white, abstract is hard for me.

I would say the A&P class(es) alot to memorize.

Specializes in LTC.

A&P2

Just loads of material to learn, and it wasn't nearly as interesting as Micro and Chem.

(Someone else had this same question in another thread)

Pathophysiology by far was my hardest pre-req... It was online through my local community college & the teacher hardly assisted the class direction at all. He pretty much posted the due dates for the 10 quizes and 3 tests we had. That was the extent of his online class format.

I've had plenty of online courses that the teacher has a bit more involvement.

Good luck everyone!
