There are several good online translation services like google translate that are free. Have you tried any?

This is a really great translation site! It uses Google and Bing! Better to show you how than tell you how, should you ever need to translate something and not have anyone nearby to do it for you, say for Thai or Belarusian. I always like to pass along great resoruces.

i'm just wondering.... do you know any spanish at all? i'll translate it for you but it would be good if a spanish speaker would read it out loud for you to get the pronunciation right.

it is kind of hard to translate this word for word because it will sound really funny(which is the problem with these google translators), so i am going to edit it so you won't sound funny. is that alright?

i'm going to write this in masculine form, but in parenthesis i will put the feminine noun or whatever.

1.hola, mi nombre es…. soy estudiante de "texas woman's university". el doctor [color=rgb(255, 0, 255)](la doctora) me va estar entrenando, pero el [color=rgb(255, 0, 255)](ella) también lo [color=rgb(255, 0, 255)](la) va ver después de estar conmigo, para colaborar por su cuidado.

2.hace cuantos días has estado enfermo?[color=rgb(255, 0, 255)](enferma)

3.sientes dolor… puedes senalar donde te duele? sientes dolor cuando comes?

4.recibió su vacuna del flu?

5.cuales medicamentos toma en su casa para su enfermedad? alivian sus síntomas?

if anyone wants to pitch in, please do, because the first sentence doesn't really convince me, lol. it just sounds weird.... i don't think it makes much sense in the english either though.... op, could you make it clear what you are trying to say there?

hope this helps, good luck (buena suerte)

Coming up with exact translations isn't going to help the OP much, IMHO. Learning the words you speak will serve you much better than asking someone to provide you with words that you don't really understand.

On Eagles Wings: I'd save the tu' form for kids. It's respectful to address adults as usted. Also "Me llamo _______ " is less awkward than "Mi nombre es _______", IMHO.

You can get these translated all you want, but unless you understand even a little Spanish, you're not going to be able to understand their answers. And if you only understand a little Spanish, it might impede their care if you don't have some sort of translator with you.

I have found that if you use any Spanish at all, the relies are often beyond my understanding until I ask them to slow down. I"m also good at "No entiendo este palabra", which means I don't understand this word.

There are hand held translating gadgets, haven't used one myself much but you can type in a phrase and the screen translates for you, then let the patient read it. Best practice, use a qualified translator.
