hey guys! has anyone hear of PINOYCARE VISA CENTER? or who applied their services? I recently attended their orientation seminar here in davao city and they said that the CIC would shell out immigrant visas for nurses for as early as 9 months, is this true?

guys, i applied for the services of pinoy care because they were very convincing. unfortunately they were not delivering the services they promised to provide. i withdrew from them and tried to ask for a refund of my 20k downpayment. they said that they can not anymore give it back to me because they have already given to me their kit, the kit which you can look and download at the internet. also, they told me that we should comply with the contract and just follow it. lately they just called me saying that they are forfeiting my application with them if i will not pay them in full this month. This is not included in the MOA I signed with them. I feel more disgusted with pinoy care because they only want our money. First they were not giving the proper services, now they just implemented a policy that is totally in favor for their greedy company.

They are also very proud of saying that they have no zero cases in the any courtroom. it's because in the MOA, you are obliged to write in there that the applicant cannot and will not file a case against them in court. Please inform your friends/relatives/acquaintances everybody you know that pinoy care is just only after your money.

hi dmark, i am still thinking if i want to push through with my application to PINOYCARE after hearing those negative comments about them, can you please post or send me a scanned copy of the MOA so i can study my options! it is very much okay with me if you smudge or edit the parts wherein it will reveal your identity in the said MOA, thanx in advance, hope to hear from you soon!:confused:

to everyone out there... all i can say is... DON'T GO FOR PINOYCARE!

you wouldn't want to waste your time and money on them and you're better off doing it yourself. matter of fact, you don't wanna risk losing your chances of going to Canada bcoz of them. trust me on that. if you think you can't do it on your own, better go for another visa consultant. There are a few who can give an outstanding service than pinoycare does.

hi i would like to ask if it is true that even nurses who dont have 1yr experience can apply for immigrant visa as what they said?

You can only apply without the experience in case you have arranged employment. No other way around it, and it has to be full time PAID experience or the equivalent in part time.

what is the minimum scores they required in each area in ielts for all nursing council in canada

There should be some indication on scores required on each province college of RN website if not email them and ask

same here... thanks for all the info... had a second thought now..whew, you guys saved me! lol.. anyways, try CIC (canadian immigration consultancy) @ 20th flr Golden Peak hotel or Immigration Visa Center @ Keppel Bldg. They're the best here in cebu..

Try not to go to any agency,do it on your own!Save money and earn experience.After all,we are R.Ns,we pass the board exam.
