hey guys! has anyone hear of PINOYCARE VISA CENTER? or who applied their services? I recently attended their orientation seminar here in davao city and they said that the CIC would shell out immigrant visas for nurses for as early as 9 months, is this true?

wow, now I'm confused.. Actually, I was planning on applying through Pinoy Care because a friend of mine, who worked at the same hospital as I, was able to migrate to Canada through this agency last June. He completed his application quite longer than the agency said because he had to retake the IELTS since it changed from Academic to General Training. I attended one of their orientations and their offer is very enticing, I should say. But I am having second thoughts now I've read through this topic.

You don't need Pinoy Care or any consultancy for your Canadian Dream.By doing this,you can save a lot of money.The immigration process was not hard as I used to think.In fact,the Canadian government make the process very simple and their website is also very helpful and informative too!

Well,you can also used the internet to find blogs about Canadian Immigration,and you will discover that many people around the world will share their experiences and opinions about the immigration process.

I am also a Filipino,and I just submit my documents last month to the CIO(Centralize Intake Office) through the help of other people.Of course,it is time consuming but worth it!

As I said,if we can pass the local board exam,and there is no reason that we can not understand the immigration process.It is just a matter of determination and prayers!

Having an agency does not make the process faster.In fact,most of the time,it will cause a lot of delay,because their are many applicants documents subject to review for their so called Analyst wanna be.

well, i guess i should also say im one of you guys....

I also paid the full amt just to process my papers last year

march 2009 but i was so disappointed coz they haven't finish

processing my papers yet, worst.! not even the first step which is filling up the form

and have it pass to the canadian embassy...

I submitted all the requirements they are asking.

i keep on asking for the updates of my application

but they keep on giving me lame excuses.. and worst than that

they have the guts to get mad at me when i am just asking for updates of my

application!! I was so frustrated and inform them thAT I will withdraw

if they cant process it within january !!!!!(but in a subtle manner)

Right now, im still waiting for some updates for my application....

i haven't got feedbacks from them since the last time i inform them

about my plans to withdraw....

oh wow i didn't even get to check this thread in a looong time! how did your application go?

.Hi janel! did you mean to say that its been 6 months since you passed your application to them? all those documents required in the kit? I recently attended their orientation and it's pretty attractive. I'm still undecided whether to take their service or not. thanks!

Pretty sure cousins don't count. It had to be a close blood relative, (parent, sibling) at least that's what my Dad was told when he wanted to sponsor his nephew.

yup, i don't think close or distant cousins are included. however, my only relative in Canada in a first-degree cousin (whom i never even met yet). but that didn't keep me from getting my visa approved.

if any of you here who are still looking for answers, noticed that my last post in this thread was like a year ago (in the earlier posts). i'm really sorry for not being able to respond to some of the posts for me.

here's the thing. PINOYCARE is not a scam. They really do work on your papers for migration. They edit your documents to make your application papers more acceptable and more likely to be granted a visa. However, do not think that they will hold to their word with whatever it is that they are saying in the orientation. trust me, i've been with them in 5 orientation and even I, who have experienced the worst cases with them, was still amazed with the presentation that they are doing. and their presentations nowadays have been waaaaay better than the first time i attended and signed up with them. DO NOT BE FOOLED!

If you are willing to wait for 1 and a half year to 2 years just to get a visa with the help of pinoycare, then sign up with them. and please do not expect them to be able to help you with the "show money" as they promised you. Nowadays, they are offering to assist you with the 1 MILLION PHP show money w/o interest. my time, it was only 500,000 that they promised to asssit me. i was a week away from my deadline to provide a proof of the amount and all Pinoycare said to me was that they are very sorry and they cannot do anything about it because their fund was still used by someone else. IMAGINE??!?! trying to look for half a million in a week! not to mention 3 to 4 working days of that week is for MAILING. and to make it worst, they did not stick to their promise that there's not fee. they asked me to give them 15,000. yeah, they said no hidden fess, didn't they?

personally, i just think it's not worth it. i paid them 55,000 spot cash for the services and timeframe they offered. however, they are incomepetent.

i did get my visa approved. but trust me, it was hell with pinoycare. if it's only documentation that i had to worry about, i coulda done it myself with help from other people. and im sure any of you can get helf from here. the forms are very much clear. if only i knew and tried to at least do it myself. i wasted 55,000. it took me almost 2 years! i probably would have been able to get my visa sooner if i did it myself and with less stress.

and please do not expect them to call you and update you with progress or even failures in anything. usually they will only call you when time is running out and you end up cramming and panicking coz all they'll do is wait for you to provide it to them. you end up calling them long distance (if you're not from cebu) every now and then.

if you're in no hurry to get a visa (which is very unlikely to happen especially if your chances of getting is is through your profession and Canada changes their needs every now and then) and you have no problems with spending more than they promised, then there's really no worry being with pinoycare.

and to add up, if you are worried that you might be wasting your money and just get denied by the embassy if you do it yourself. Canadian embassy refunds the embassy filing fee if you get denied. you're actually spending way more on the consultant than the application itself. embassy filing fee is only 21,000-25,000 php or 550 canadian dollars. i had no problems when the embassy received my final application. from there, it honestly just took 9 months until i got my visa approved. my application forms and all the requirements needed were in pinoycare's office for 8 LONG MONTHS before they sent it to Canadian embassy with all the excuses..... not to mention they kept telling me that my file was in line. next thing i knew.. 8 months passed. and the whole time, I WAS THE ONE CALLING THEM to follow up.

Please read my story..Novemeber 2009 I joined them.paid 65k in cold cash.Give to them everything that is needed,went to see the Lady Boss for two times for a nonsense meeting in a hotel(actually,she made (us) wait for several hours all the time),went to their office a few times.

At present,my IELTS expired already..yes,they followed up thru sms once..but to remind me to take IELTS again and as I had read,they were offering a review center...need to say more?It's all upt o you my dear colleagues..God bless you all!!!!

If you joined them in Nov 2009 you should be more or less completing requirements for immigration and arriving to Canada

Im one of the clients of pinoycare. I got my visa just few days ago!!!to my fellow nurses, apply now,,sure you will make it coz I DID!!!
