Does anyone know when the applications for Piedmonts residency for Fall 2016 will open? Also, does anyone know the usual timeline for applying to interviews to offers?
I actually got a call today. The recruiter asked me what hospital and what unit I was interested in as well as a few questions about work history, etc. Just a phone screen I guess. An interview was not set up. She told me that she hadn't heard from the manager for the unit I wanted so she would call me back if she heard something, and she also told me to call her back when I got info on where I would be placed for practicum.
When did you submit your app?

What time did they call you?
Thanks for the lookout futurenursey2015.I had seen it and actually applied last night.
Now just gotta wait and hope I can get a call back. If the stars all align they will call me before my spring break on March 7th so I can arrange to drive down to the ATL for an interview on spring break.
No problem! Hope it works out for you!! That was my biggest stressor right before graduation. I was worried about finding a job doing what I wanted to do.
Do you know how long it typically is until they start contacting people?
When I applied I submitted my application on the weekend and got a call back that Monday. My interview was set up the folllowing week I think. It all moved pretty fast. I applied for all of the residency positions that I was interested in at all of their hospitals, except the Jasper location. Ours were listed by area (Med-Surg, ED, NICU, etc).
