How are some of you getting your personal pics as your icons?

I tried but it wouldn't accept mine. Maybe it was too big...?

use a photo editing program to do it... or email it to me and i will fix it and email it back shortly...

There is also a page where you have to make sure the "no" box remains unchecked, and the "yes" box is checked. I think this is another common place people get hung up when trying to post their pic as an avatar.
