Yes. Do you have any specific questions about it.

Yes. Do you have any specific questions about it.

Any problems with implementation?

How long have you had it?

How many people were trained?

How did your RNs handle training? How long was training?

Do you have the entire Picis (OR and ER) or just ER?

Would you recommend it?

What are the weakest parts/strongest features?

Thank you so much!!!

My system just purchased this! I am so excited about is. I was part of the steering committee, went on site visits, our medical students are from a hospital system using it and should incorporate it well-helping the EDP's initially- and this system should handle our 9 ED's in the system well; I am confident.

We use it at my ED. For the most part, I like it. It definitely helps the nurses keep up with their patients and it helps me to see what is going on in all departments. I think you will like it.

i freaking love it! we used ibex at the old hospital i worked at and now that i have moved across the street and working at another ER i really miss it. i want to try to propose its implementation at the hospital i work at. anyone know how i can go about doing this?

We implemented PICIS/ED PulseCheck in June -- I'm a fan! :) Some templates are time-consuming, but the software allows a user to build personal macros, which I love, especially for things like IV starts, starting and stopping fluids, etc. I also really love not having to rewrite a pt's meds on the med rec form by hand for each visit, especially with some of our regulars that have a list of meds as long as my arm!
