PHSC 2015 Nursing Hopefuls

Hey everyone!

I found one topic on this, but it wasn't very active, so I hope this one becomes a little more successful. My name is Jennifer, and I am applying for the January 2015 Nursing Program at PHSC. My home campus is Porter at Wiregrass Ranch. Are there any other 2015 hopefuls? I'd like to get to know you all! I am taking my TEAS next Tuesday and am so nervous. This will be my first time taking the TEAS. Have any of you taken it? How was it?

Any tips? I have finished all me pre-reqs and finished with a 3.6. Not too bad, wish I would have got higher! Hope I get in! Good luck to all you ladies!

Does anybody know if the people who get the rejection letter/alternate letter receive theirs earlier/later than those who receive acceptance letters??

Well I bit the bullet and called about the RN Generic Program.

She said that 164 qualified people had applied for the 72 spots and the letters will be going out at the end of this week or the beginning of next week. They meet later this week.

All letters (offers and rejections) will be sent at the same time.

You can call the number at the bottom of the confirmation letter that was sent. She was very helpful.

Ok i'll look at this from another perspective. We have no clue what the scores are of the app. Some could have really low scores.

If I remember correctly, when the fall applicants called last semester they were still saying they were "meeting soon" and then bam. Next day letters are out! For all we know, we could know tomorrow!
