Hi I am currently in an ADN program and I have heard of dual enrollment with other colleges to complete BSN courses while in ADN program. I am interested in this as I would like to get my BSN as soon as possible. Does anyone have any experience with this in the state of Florida?

Mamaberry do you have a stats list from your forum of the people who got in for fall?

In the letter it states they are meeting mid October and letters will be sent out first week of November. I would expect it go just as the letter states because that is how it was for fall last semester when I applied. So do not assume that they are just saying that and will be sending them sooner because what they state in the letter is how it happens.

thats so strange because my letter said they will meet in mid october and we will receive letters the first week of november… its hard to get a straight answer from anyone!

I heard porter campus is doing clinicals on Saturdays with one group. I don't know if you can choose or not but that would be helpful for people who work. I do not work but do have an 18 month old. Hopefully I won't have to put him in daycare.

Porter Campus I am a Wesley Chapel resident

I have an 3.69 gpa with an 74% teas and I am a resident so I believe that would put me at 83.5% . I applied for fall with the same gpa and an 68.7% which would put me at 80.8% and I got an alternate letter.. No seats became available so I am applying for spring now with my higher teas score.

Mike what is the formula you are using the figure out overall percentages?

Hi all… I am applying for spring 2015 at phsc. I currently go to porter campus. I applied for fall 2014 and got an alternate letter… I was so close! Well no spots ever became available so here I am applying for spring. I am retaking my TEAS to hopefully get a higher score. I have an 18 month old son and a husband so that complicates things for sure but we all have our struggles in some way or another! I wish you all luck and hope that they decided to open 100 seats this year and lets us all in lol!

Did you have to go to the school to take the test or do anything for lab or was it completely online?

Hi I also have a 16 month old son that has always been with me and live in wesley chapel. I am not sure if I got into RN program yet because I am an alternate so hopefully I still have a chance but I am also wondering the same thing... My mom or father in law usually watches my son if I have to go to school in the day and if I am gone at night my husband watches him but I think it would be beneficial for my son to also go to daycare to be around other kids. I know there are two nice daycares on boyette rd but I haven't checked any out and does anyone know usually the cost? I am not sure if I would even be able to afford it.

Thanks for all the positive post. I live in wesley chapel so if I get in I am hoping it will be to porter campus as that is where I currently go. I am not sure how to use this website all the way… pretty sad for a 22 year old! ha!
