So I'm still in the process of getting things done in order to get my ATT. I have heard we need to send a photo in of ourselves. I was just wondering who we have to send the photo to?Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Jun 3, 2013 The photo is sent to your BoN as a part of applying for license by examination. The BoN forwards your photo to PV with the approval for PV to issue ATT. Generally a passport photo.
ash.RN. 113 Posts Jun 3, 2013 I checked the BON website and it doesn't say anything about needing a photo. Just to make sure has anyone that applied for a Florida license sent in a photo? The people that are checking my fingerprints said they didn't need any photo. But I just want to make sure.
