So I'm still in the process of getting things done in order to get my ATT. I have heard we need to send a photo in of ourselves. I was just wondering who we have to send the photo to?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

you don't send in a photo - they take a digital photo of you at the testing center, along with a palm vein scan and a right index finger finger print...
Thank You! Just making sure that I don't have anything else to submit in order to get the ATT :]

In CT you need a passport photo for you license application. Go to your state board of nursing and make sure you are doing what your state requires.

The photo is sent to your BoN as a part of applying for license by examination. The BoN forwards your photo to PV with the approval for PV to issue ATT. Generally a passport photo.

Yea, I had to send 2 passport photos with my NCLEX app to BON.
I checked the BON website and it doesn't say anything about needing a photo. Just to make sure has anyone that applied for a Florida license sent in a photo? The people that are checking my fingerprints said they didn't need any photo. But I just want to make sure.
Check the application or email the BoN to get the most accurate response
Thanks everyone! I called the BON and they said they didn't need a photo.
