This thread is for anyone applying to the Phoenix Children's Hospital Graduate Advancement Program in Pediatrics (GAPP) which is scheduled to start in July 2011.
Has anyone applied or heard anything yet? My application still says HR is reviewing it.
Are there any current or past GAPP graduates out there that can give some advice to us hopeful new grads?!

Nope...not a thing yet :-( Anyone else get an interview offer? And the ones who got an icu and ed interview, have ya'll gotten any correspondence back yet?
I received a call today that I got a position. So excited! The recruiter said there were about 500 applicants and they have 20 some med/surg postion, 4 CVICU and 6 PICU. She didn't say anything about the ED. I know with this number of applicants I feel lucky to even of had an interview and even luckier to have received a position. Good luck to everyone.
Yay!!! I got a call this evening as well! I practically couldn't breath when the recruiter called. She said that I was offered a med-surg position but didn't know what unit yet. Apparently they are choosing units tonight or so. Congrats phoenix!!!
Congratulations studentnurse and cindyloowho! I hope the recruiter isnt done making job offer phone calls... Im super nervous now because it seems like a lot of people were called already.
Wildcat, she called me right at 5 on Friday, so hopefully she worked up to the wire and will call on Monday. Best of luck and kerosene us posted. I'll keep my fingers crossed!!!
