Hi all,
I was just wondering if anyone has applied to the Phillips Beth Israel School of Nursing in NYC for the coming year? I am looking to get into their part-time evening program that would begin in Spring 2011. I'm taking the NLN this Wed and really nervous about it, really just the verbal part....
So I registered the other day for N101 and was only able to enroll in the clinical and the lab (no lecture). I called the school and they said they were having registration problems. So today when I logged on, it showed that I'd been placed in an ATOP section of N101. I'm in the traditional program. Has anyone else experienced this situation? Also, any word on the exam for math for medications?
Hi Jules! The same thing happened to me. I was accepted into the traditional program. However, I'm in the atop Thursday night lecture and traditional lab and clinical for nursing 101. I thought I would be all traditional schedule. The people there seemed stressed out when I called. Now my schedule isn't what I expected but I'm just excited I'm registered, it's official!
Is anyone here in the Karpas chem review? One of the students in the class was saying they thought the test "counts" but wasn't sure towards what. Most of us were under the understanding that it doesn't count grade wise. We all seemed to think it was more to perhaps gauge how effective the course is.

I registered right when it opened and so far my A&P class/lab were switched to "enrolled" as well my Math for Meds. Nursing 101 class/lab/clin is still pending. I hope I get into the Thursday clinical's because I'd rather commute an extra day then try to squish everything into 3 long/hectic days ...
