:yeah:Has anyone received an acceptance letter for the RN program for PHCC Spring 2012????
hi all...
i am new to this site, just joined today; however, i have been stalking it for months. i also am having all of the same anxieties as you all are. a friend of my works at phcc (west campus) and said the committee just meet this week and letters should be sent very soon. nervously awaiting...
good luck to you all!
I was told 45% GPA, 50% TEAS, 5% residency. I was also told GPA's as close to 4.0 as possible, and TEAS scores in the 90's. Which I was devastated when I heard this... my GPA, (I think is great) 3.74 and my TEAS is an 87. However, that being stated the last go around, a friend of mine got picked as an alternate for the RN program and here GPA is a 3.5 and her TEAS is a 80. So that blows that theory out of the water...
I am so frustrated and am really hoping to get in this time around.
Our stats are so close! My gpa is a 3.77 and teas is an 88.0. My address is listed as spring hill too. I have all pre-reqs and gen ed courses complete with the exception of ethics (not sure if phcc looks at that or not). I think our stats are good but who knows! I've already been denied from one school with these stats . Your stats are much better then your friends so I wouldn't worry about that. Any other juicy info you've heard???

Will someone else call as well? Only to verify what I've been told. I called the first number under the admissions & student records heading.
