Petitioning for DCCC 2014 Nursing Program

Peace Everyone! I am currently a Pre-Nursing student at Delaware County Community College. I take my TEAS test July 30. I've been studying on and off since last month. I am trying not to be nervous about it. I'm beyond determined to get in! Is there anyone else who has taken the TEAS yet? what scores are considered good enough to get in?? My GPA is fine, and I will be complete all my pre reqs by next Spring. What scores would be considered TEAS test "Waiting List" scores?

Marple should be next week. I remember hearing a lot of people from Marple saying they heard around the 16th or so

Congratulations on your wait list status. I also got wait listed for CCH day program. I was wondering where you heard that being in the top 10 is a good position to be in? CCH only takes 32 students so that would mean a third would drop out.

Just got into an ADN program with score of 89.3 on the TEAS....I think it depends how much weight they put on the exam. The school I got into ranks students on a points system and TEAS was 30/100 with maximum points for scores 90+.

Or communicating with me about it rather. I've heard of people in the past being 12th or 15th on the waiting list and getting in. People apply to DCCC as a backup. In the past a number have rejected their seats.

I am number 2 on the wait list but my concern is that CCH only has 32 seats. I am glad that you got your information from Nancy Wheeler but was she talking about CCH or DCH as they have 96 seats for their day program.

CCH. She said some years are good some years are bad, next update in February. I'm not discouraged though.
