Oh as soon as I posted this I also discovered this one: Cam Neely Foundation - The Neely Pediatric Bone Marrow Transplant Unit at Tufts.
Also Cook Children's has a bone marrow transplant unit and so does Methodist Children's in San Antonio. Both of these units require you rotate into regular pedi hem/onc too. I worked for Cook last summer as an extern in those units and I have got to say, that is the NICEST most CONTEMPORARY hospital you'll ever see. It's beautiful, every detail is thought out. There's a build-a-bear workshop, Chick-fil-a, and ice cream parlor inside the hospital. There's a recording studio for the kids and a craft/cooking channel too. It's amazing.
Most of the top Peds Cancer hospitals will have BMT… Look at US World News Report's rankings of top Cancer hospitals and go from there. I found that almost all of the top 50 have BMT and certainly the top 10 do. I just hired at Monroe Carrell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt and I know they have a BMT unit as well. Just do some research!! I work at Children's Colorado and have had multiple rotations in their CCBD (Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders) and their BMT Unit is phenomenal. Good luck!

Do you guys know of hospitals that have a specific pediatric bone marrow transplant unit or a pediatric oncology icu?
So far all I've come up with is:
Children's Hospital LA
Children's Hospital of Atlanta
Duke Children's Hospital
St. Jude's Children Research Hospital (oncology ICU and PBMT)
Florida Hospital for Children
St. Louis Children's Hospital
Children's Hospital of Orange County (Oncology ICU--I'm not sure if they still have theirs?)
Wolfson Children's Hospital
Do you guys know of anymore? Any insights to the nursing environment there would also be nice...
