Pearsonvue Trick Is this TRUE? Does it work every time?

Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??

Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam? 

Steps To See If You Passed The NCLEX On Pearson VUE Website

STEP 1 This is a test. Go To NCLEX Examinations :: Pearson VUE.

STEP 2 Select The 'test Taker Services' Tab At The Top.

STEP 3 Click 'register' On The Right Side.

STEP 4 Click The 'credit Card' Link.

STEP 5 Click The 'sign In' Link In The Second Sentence.

STEP 6 Enter Your Username.

STEP 7 Enter Your Password.

STEP 8 Click The Button.

STEP 9 Click 'register' On The Left Side.

STEP 10 Select Your Test Type.

STEP 11 Click The Button.

STEP 12 Select Your Country.

STEP 13 Click The Button.

STEP 14 Answer The Yes/no Questions.

STEP 1 Select Your Country Again.

STEP 15 Select Your State.

STEP 16 Type In Your City.

STEP 17 Click The Button. A List Of Schools Should Appear.

STEP 18 Select Your School.

STEP 19 Select The Month And Year Of Your Graduation.

STEP 20 Select Your Board Of Nursing.

STEP 21 Click The Button.

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.

Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick

OMG 6 weeks??? wow I have a long wayyyyyy to go then I took mine May 25th in San Dimas. Good Luck to you! Did you get a good pop up?

i am getting the good pop up...but i can't believe how long its taking for the results..its rediculous! i think that CA is the only state that is taking this long!!! Something should be done about it!

i am not precisely certain what that means, but i figure anything other than the credit card screen leaves room for hope. i'd be inclined to think that it does work. i can't imagine pv would allow you to go through and pay $200 for a test you can't take if they weren't sure that you could. just a logical thought.

i can tell you i thought the test was very hard. i studied saunder's and mosby's and ati. i did the rn comp and all the other typical predictors and had a 98% chance of passing. i can tell you though i don't think i passed. i felt like i didn't know 90% of what was asked. i hope i'm wrong.

anyway, i'll update when i know more.

the pvt is in-fact "reliable" in my opinion. i failed in april, and got the credit card screen. i tested tuesday, june 1st, and got the "good pop-up". i paid 7.95 for the quick results today; and got a pass...yeah!!! i am just waiting on my name to be posted on the bon website. i also got a job today; not my dream job, but i am just glad to have one. so, have a little faith; and be ready to celebrate tomorrow when you pay for your pearson vue quick results. congratulations (ahead of time)! no good-luck needed. you passed!

the pearsonvue website has to say 'delivery successful' before the trick can work. if you check it too soon after your exam you will get that message. pls wait for a few more hours, and keep us updated.

Ok so now I am Freaking out a little. I got the good pop-up but my transcripts are not complete. Has anyone heard that the PVT does not work if your file is incomplete? I read this on another site . Going crazy in cali

It probably means that you passed but your state board will need to have your complete transcript before they award you RN. I may be wrong though.

The CA BRN is really pressing my nerves. I tested may 13th, got all 265 questions. Got the "good" pop up, and am still waiting. They state they never received my transcripts. SO my school resent them back on May 20th and still to this very day (2wks have passed) they are telling me they still dont have them. How is this even possible. Oh and the worst part is that I have been working with my RNIP and it expires June 8th. I have 2 more days for them to get them and post my license to the website or they are gonna make me end up taking an UNPAID vacation!!!! This is so unfair. Does anyone know of anything I can do? The lady at the BRN is NO help. She just keeps telling me the same thing every day I call. I wanna cry right now.

But I have to ask because it worked for me and I live in va. Can you all go to BON website, go to applications for PN or RN retake exam applications. (if you fail you still have to redue a retake exam application). It should tell you to out in social and last name. after your name should pop up andit will ask is this you. if so click generate username and password. after that it will tell you to put in your username and password.after it would show pending all the way at the bottom of the page it should say examination and pending. beside pending it should say click here to find out why it's pending. It should have alist of things that say complete, not applicable, and unchecked. I did it in Va when I was going crazy to find out if i passed or not. Don't know if it will work for CA BON but that's how VA BON is setup.

This is so awful roxy! Where do you work? Is there any other positions that you could work for a few weeks until this is all taken care of? I tell you that I soooo feel your pain. Do you have a cna or lvn license you can work under?

I completely agree that the people at the brn are not helpful. It's the same useless answers. Can't so anything until we get your transcripts and your file is complete. This sucks so bad and I am stressed wondering if I even passed. And now the brn is closed tomorrow so this is bad. Will your supervisor work with you at all?

Sorry that I keep jumping.back and forth between feeling sorry for myself and sorry for you but we are kind of stuck I:uhoh3:n similar situations.

my suggestion: pick up your "official" transcript with the school seal, unopened. send it via certified mail to the cabon, therefore someone has to sign for it. that way no one can tell you that they did not receive it. everything i sent to the board in my state was sent certified mail. i always kept the return copy showing the person's printed and signed name...just in case there was any trouble.[/color]
