Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed.
Updated:
Members are discussing their experiences with the NCLEX exam, specifically focusing on the Pearsonvue Trick (PVT) to determine if they passed. Some are sharing their test dates, the "good pop-up" results they received, and the anxiety of waiting for official results. There is also confusion around account blocks, credit card charges, and the implications for exam outcomes.
Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??
Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam?

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick
I've finally decided not to retake the exam after the 4th try(april 2008). I felt so bad the last time for getting 80% SATA questions, computer shut off at 192. I was totally convinced I failed. Told myself, ok..thats it. not anymore..maybe this field is not really for me. Sure enough, I got that big brown envelope a week after confirming that I failed. Then, my friends and family convinced me to try again for the last time. Promised that they'll stop pleasing me again. Came Jan. 5, I grabbed my NCLEX books again and finished 3 books in 5 weeks. Next thing I did was answering sample NCLEX (Brunner) questions frm CD. OMG, I only get 60-70% correct answers!!! and Im gonna take the exam in 2 days?! 3 hours before the exam, instead of scanning the books again, I opened the bible, read verses and pray. Sat for NCLEX-RN exam on Feb. 25, got SATA, pharma computations, prioritizations and multiple choice (medications that I've never seen before). Computer stopped at 75! I was crying, couldn't eat and sleep(until now). Found this site today and tried the PVT. I got the pop-up! Im a bit happy bcause out of 700+ pages, no one, EVER said that it didn't work. Now I am sooooo SCARED:confused:. What if I am the very FIRST one to say it isn't true??? If it does work, my name will be posted on CBON's website by weds.
I believe this thread has lived long enough. Apparently, folks feel it works. I vote to close and sticky the thread for posterity.....746 pages of hand wringing, enough already !!!
I think it would be awful to end this thread, graduates are still taking their NCLEX daily, this thread is what keeps the PVT real. What if one day it all of a sudden stops working???? Then this thread would end. I think until that day comes, KEEP this thread open.

Take a deep breath. I believe in the pop up. I just did it last week, about 30 times. You should be proud of yourself for retaking the exam, it shows that you are really striving toward your dream. Taking the NCLEX does not determine if you are going to be a good nurse or a bad nurse; maybe you just struggle taking tests. But from what you are saying with the pop up...it's good. Take a deep breath. I would say sleep well, but we all know that we do not until we see the results.

ok guys, this is a late post actually cause i have to register in order to post a reply.
i took my nclex-rn exam last feb 11.. i stopped at 76 items...i was the FIRST ONE who came
out of the testing area and was overly anxious if i did it or not cause i took it for only 1 1/2
hour...i went straight to the c.r. , almost crying and was praying that ( hopefully I made it)
i was in the car with my dad and a friend told me about this "pearsonvue trick"
i didn't actually believe her..cause it was sort of a theory..but to relieve the anxiety
i tried and got the good pop-up.
after 2weeks..i got the BRN CA letter indicating that i passed.. i was happy
and thanked God for this blessing. guys, if you wanna relieve your anxiety
from waiting...and to get away with all those worries...try the pearsonvue trick.
IT REALLY DOES WORK. BELIEVE ME AND EVERYONE WHO TOLD YOU
THE SAME THING.. YEAAAAAAAAA! GODBLESS US AND ALL THE FUTURE NCLEX-TAKERS.
Hello All,
I wasn't really sure about this "trick" but I tried it anyway. I took my NCLEX-RN exam on the Feb. 23, 2010 the computer shut off at 75 questions....I walked out and panicked a little. Due to the fact that I felt that I really was not thinking during the questions and it only took me 50 minutes!! But anywho...It took me about an hour and half to get home of course I tried the trick and I got the "good pop-up!" I still was skeptical then days later I checked the CA BON website and my name was on there!!!! . I wanted to say that this trick is true!!!! and good luck to all the NCLEX-RN takers!!! Also thank you for the support I was provided on this website:heartbeat
