Pearsonvue Trick Is this TRUE? Does it work every time?

Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??

Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam? 

Steps To See If You Passed The NCLEX On Pearson VUE Website

STEP 1 This is a test. Go To NCLEX Examinations :: Pearson VUE.

STEP 2 Select The 'test Taker Services' Tab At The Top.

STEP 3 Click 'register' On The Right Side.

STEP 4 Click The 'credit Card' Link.

STEP 5 Click The 'sign In' Link In The Second Sentence.

STEP 6 Enter Your Username.

STEP 7 Enter Your Password.

STEP 8 Click The Button.

STEP 9 Click 'register' On The Left Side.

STEP 10 Select Your Test Type.

STEP 11 Click The Button.

STEP 12 Select Your Country.

STEP 13 Click The Button.

STEP 14 Answer The Yes/no Questions.

STEP 1 Select Your Country Again.

STEP 15 Select Your State.

STEP 16 Type In Your City.

STEP 17 Click The Button. A List Of Schools Should Appear.

STEP 18 Select Your School.

STEP 19 Select The Month And Year Of Your Graduation.

STEP 20 Select Your Board Of Nursing.

STEP 21 Click The Button.

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.

Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick

I took the nclex-rn in the Philippines last January 7, 2010. I, however, tried the pvt exactly 2 weeks after the exam and got the good pop-up. The wait is killing me! I just hope and pray to get the results within this week. Congratulations to all who made it! And for those who did not, just take it again, I'm positive that you can make it the next time. GUYS IM HERE TO SAY IT THE TRICK WORKED!!!! I TOOK THE EXAM YESTERDAY AN DID THE TRICK I GOT THE POP UP TODAY I CHECKED FLORIDA doh WBSITE AN IT SAID I PASSED!!!!!!! THE TRICK WORKED...SO IF UR WAITING TO HERE AN U GET THE POP UP START CELEBRATING EARLY U PASSED TOO....GOOD LUCK GUYS!!!!

any news yet from anyone who took NCLEX-RN in CA on 2/10/2010. I've been on travel and haven't been able to check but got on today and my name isn't there (which of course could mean its not going to be; just want a little closure). Fingers & Toes crossed...

Well another PVT believer. I took the rn test yesterday, got the pop up and looked on the board of nursing website today. It has me as passed. I am an official RN. Sooooooooo Excited!!!!!!:):)

No new for 2/10...Me and 3 of my friends in CA have been waiting and it's killing me....I did the trick and that is the only good thing going for me right now...I hope it works like it did for everyone else! I called Pearson today like some of the other people did and they said the same old thing...The trick doesn't work. I don't believe them. lol

Took my exam on Monday 02/15 and finished with 75 questions in 1.5 hours. Tried the Pearson Vue "trick" and got the "good pop up". Next afternoon got my official results on the BON website. PASSED. So it seems to be true!

Like I think several people have said before...it's not really a trick per se. It sort of makes sense. The computer won't let you reregister for the same exam if you passed. And will let you if you failed. It's probably not worth the time and money for Pearson Vue to go into the system and try to change it. Besides...most people will pay for quick results despite with that PVT says because most nursing students (admittedly including myself) are neurotic.

However...if people keep calling them and asking about this "trick" I wonder if eventually they will put an end to it. Probably time consuming (and annoying) for them to be addressing this question from anxious students over and over. I would suggest not calling. Don't waste your time and their time.

The pearsonvue trick worked for me! I took the test on the 4th in CA and found out this morning I passed. It was crazy with all sorts of weird questions and I wasn't so sure, but I trusted the thousands of posts on this website and sure enough! It worked! Good luck to all you people waiting!

Congrats guys! I took it today too and got the good pop up. Waiting for the unofficial results on Wednesday and then I'll feel much better about it. I have an interview that day too, so crossing my fingers!!!

I just logged on to Pearson's site to pay for quick results. The 'trick' was right! I PASSED! I was very skeptical (even in October when it gave me the CC screen...haha!). But it was right on. :) Interview this afternoon!

Congratulations to all who passed! :yeah:I took my test 2/10 in CA and found out today that i passed. I kept getting the pop-up from the day I took the exam until today. Good luck to those who plan on taking the test soon, you're in my prayers.
