Pearsonvue Trick Is this TRUE? Does it work every time?
Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed.

Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??
Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam?
Steps To See If You Passed The NCLEX On Pearson VUE Website
STEP 2 Select The 'test Taker Services' Tab At The Top.
STEP 3 Click 'register' On The Right Side.
STEP 4 Click The 'credit Card' Link.
STEP 5 Click The 'sign In' Link In The Second Sentence.
STEP 6 Enter Your Username.
STEP 7 Enter Your Password.
STEP 8 Click The Button.
STEP 9 Click 'register' On The Left Side.
STEP 10 Select Your Test Type.
STEP 11 Click The Button.
STEP 12 Select Your Country.
STEP 13 Click The Button.
STEP 14 Answer The Yes/no Questions.
STEP 1 Select Your Country Again.
STEP 15 Select Your State.
STEP 16 Type In Your City.
STEP 17 Click The Button. A List Of Schools Should Appear.
STEP 18 Select Your School.
STEP 19 Select The Month And Year Of Your Graduation.
STEP 20 Select Your Board Of Nursing.
STEP 21 Click The Button.
Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick
So I took the RN exam this morning at 8am for the FOURTH time and I got a pop up this afternoon around 4pm and it said something along the lines of "our records indicate you already have a test scheduled. please contact the member boards for further assistance. you may not schedule a test at this time.' (this isn't exactly what it said but it mentioned the member boards). Is this a pretty good indicator that I passed??
The pop up is the pop up and I've not known it to be wrong. Don't hold me 100% to it, but I'd venture to say you're not looking at a fifth (except with your friends/family in celebration). Congrats!
I'm new to this forum, and i just wanna let you guys know that the pearson vue trick. I took my test Wednesday feb. 10 in Honolulu, and i tried the pearsonvue trick on that day.. i got the "good pop up" message. I came home today Friday, and checked pearson vue site.. and I passed!!! This work!!!
and most especially, God is the reason why I passed..
ETA: To make sure that there is no confusion: NCLEX test was on 2/11/10. Tried the trick about 3 times...good pop up every time. BON on 2/13/10 had my name listed!!
The trick worked for me and helped me keep my sanity for the wait! I believe it is safe to say that the trick is foolproof at this time! If you get the good popup, you are an RN! Just wait for the official results and party it up! You deserve it! Thank you all for bringing the PVT to my attention. It helped a ton!
I took the NCLEX in CA on 2/10 and did the trick (7 times all 3 days between) and got the good pop-up. Everyone who took the test from my school over the last weeks got their results exactly 3 days from test date (including their test day...so took Tues knew Thurs).
The BON updated last night according to the date on the site (even though they furloughed yesterday) - but I was not on it --I got pop-up but odds are looking like I didn't pass (........crumbs
Happy to report, the trick works. I took NCLEX on the 2nd and I checked the trick an hour later, I got the good pop up and yesterday I saw my name at the BRN. I am a licensed RN.
namigrl do not be discouraged, i took the test 2/6/10 and got the "pop up" but no result from the ca brn. i found out last thursday that my school has not send out my transcript and will not be able to send it out until next tuesday due to holidays. if i were you, i would double check to make sure the ca brn got your transcript because they will not process your result if they do not have all the documentations. most likely, you passed. it sucks to wait i know but hang in there. :)
I myself have not been able to relax. I took my test 2/10/10 and got the "good" pop-up but nothing yet on the CA BRN. Namigrl, I know what you're going through. Hope and pray that the trick still works even after the update on Pearson's web page. My school supposedly sent out the transcripts weeks ago... so I'm freaking out. Hoping all this waiting is due to the fact that the CA BRN was closed yesterday and will be closed again on Monday. Gotta keep hope alive.
I took the test on 2/10 also and got the "good pop up" but my name is not on the CA BON yet. My friends had their names on the website 3 days after. I can see that I'm not the only one so probably they have not updated 2/10 results yet. Lets keep the hope. I've been reading tons of posts and heard from friends too, so far the PVT works. I let you know. Keep my fingers crossed. But the PVT gave me peace of mind and is making the wait less stressful.

I took my test on 2/11 in San Dimas, CA...According to my friends who I kept tabs on to follow up the date they took the exam till the date it was posted...I've been getting 3-4 business days in Cali. Too bad though this is the Board's very long weekend and Monday will be closed. This is like a ticking time bomb for me b/c I got hired on a new grad RN residency in Los Angeles, CA and the program starts on the 22nd. If my name doesn't show up on the BRN before that then I'm totally screwed..AHHH the agony we must all endure before, during, and after this test. I truly empathize with each and every one of you...
That test was bananas! Totally thought I failed, which is what everyone thinks coming out of there. Computer shut up at 75 and yes I did get the so called pop window trying to register again, even after the maintenance of the PV website...remember the exam is scored twice..once by PV and then sent to the BRN..CA has if not the highest amount of test takers in the nation, hence, for them not being able to participate in quick results.
