Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed.
Updated:
Members are discussing their experiences with the NCLEX exam, specifically focusing on the Pearsonvue Trick (PVT) to determine if they passed. Some are sharing their test dates, the "good pop-up" results they received, and the anxiety of waiting for official results. There is also confusion around account blocks, credit card charges, and the implications for exam outcomes.
Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??
Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam?

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick
well guys i failed for the fourth time again..i did the pearsonvue trick and i've already re registered i live here n tx i'm going to wait till i get my official results before i break the news to my family AGAIN!! i just don't understand why this test can be so hard...it's so embarrasing...i went to a nclex review and everything.. oh well maybe it's just not for me...good luck and congrats to the rest of you!!!
I just took the beautiful NCLEX (my second time!) and I tried the pearson vue trick the first time...took me all the way to the CC screen. This time I am getting the pop up- Hoping that means I pass but I doubt it will be posted online until tomorrow-it certainly takes a weight off my shoulders (I can't even sleep!!!!). I swear, it's a horrible wait and I totally empathize for those who are waiting with me! I wonder if Dr.'s and Lawyers and even CPA's have to wait as long as poor nurses! Like school wasn't fun enough, lol. :redbeathe

i just wanna take the time out to say thanks to all those that wished me well in my long journeys with nclex!!.u guys encouraged me when i was down and starteed to second guess myself with this test.i am a second time tester that had doubts as to if i passed.in nov.2008 i tested in ontario ca.went to 118 and i failed.i was so depressed that i let down myself and my boy's. me being a young single mom of 3 i knew i had to change this.iy took me 10mths to realize i had to retest.so i called up lifesavers nursing seminar. and attended their october class in san diego.i felt confident tested exactly 3 weeks later as they suggested.i tested again at ontario.the rep had the nerve to put me in the same seat same. pc as i tested on and failed.i told myself that i'm incharge and i'm not going to let this computer defeat me.when i got pass 85 my heart dropped.when i passed 118 i was saying wow i wouldve stopped by now i made it to 201 and guess wat ya girl ran outta time. i was so nervous.5 whole hrs.so i read when u run outta time.the computer determines your pass/fail based on the last 60 answers.i was like omg noo!!so i had to come to my nurses here to seek advice.they all say try the pvt your in california ease your anxiety.tried it and my results were on hold.the next day i tried i got the good pop up i was relieved but. not 100 percent.i became a bon stalker calling every 2 days. when i seen people that tested after me receiving results i panicked. i have a conviction record my results were in enforcement and needed to wait 4-6 weeks.i tested november 13 and i finally received my results december 9 and i ****passed**** thank god thankyu lifesavers.because yu have saved my life.and thanks again allnurses.yu guys have been so supportive pvt is true 100%!!2nd time testaker...conviction record..through ut all i got through it.i am a nurse. with god every and anything is possible.. :-)
Hey Calinurse85,As I orginally indicated, I took my test on Nov 9 2009, I feel obligated to finish letting you know what happen since our last post. Well I received documentation as the REP indicated, however, I only received information regarding my conviction. I was under the impression that the letter and results would be mailed out on the same day, but that did not happen. I remember you telling me, in your last post, that they requested information from you about your conviction and later received notice that you failed. However, based on that information, I called the board today and they told me that they did mail out my results on the day after. I was wondering and asked the rep why they were not sent out together. She did not explain. However, Listen to what she did say, Well, I need the enclosed documentation, I need police reports on the incident and it need to be certified. I need a detailed letter of the incident in your own words. I need letters from the courts certifiying that you paid and meet all obligations. So, what do I do, I went to the police station, they have no record of the incident and I would have to wait again to receive such a letter.I called the courts to see how I would precede and they told me that I would have to pay yet again for this information depending on how many pages and 20.00 to certify. Out of some more money. I am upset now because I went through alot of **** with the application going to all these courthouses to get letters, yet to find out that the letters needed to be certified. But all of this could have been resolved, if they would indicated in the application that copy documents needs to be certified...... It feels as if, I am doing the rep's work. So, what was the purpose of fingerprints, which I took in June, 2 months before they received my application. It has been 3 months since I completed school. That's not all, she's giving me 30 days for the documents, but indicated it could take up to 60 days after receiving documents to get the decision. What's up with that. I'm mad, angry and tired. I should get my results tomorrow. I'll let you know....Sorry hopefully this could be of some use to someone with a background problem. Anyhow.....Another sleepness night. I thought this was over.........

Toms hang in there you can take it again, depending on your state it can be anywhere from 45 to 90 days to retake, you should call your dept. of public health for your state you were testing in. I don't know what book you were using but I bought both the saunders test taking strategies book which has over 500 questions and a cd rom and it teaches you how to take the test, important strategies to look for etc. and I bought the saunders comprehensive nclex-pn review guide and went through all of that and that book has over 3000 practice question and a cd rom as well, review both books and expose yourself to as many practice questions as you can, review the rationales on the ones you got wrong and if you find yourself getting stumped on a particular area, go back in the book and review that section..I found the best preparation is giving yourself time to review, dedicate a few hours everyday along with 50-100 practice questions...you will do it, hang in there
