Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed.

Members are discussing their experiences with the NCLEX exam, specifically focusing on the Pearsonvue Trick (PVT) to determine if they passed. Some are sharing their test dates, the "good pop-up" results they received, and the anxiety of waiting for official results. There is also confusion around account blocks, credit card charges, and the implications for exam outcomes.
Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??
Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam?

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick
Ok I understand now why the trick didn't work for me. LPN/LVNs that attend a vocational school, some schools will require you to obtain their approval before clearing you to take/re-take the NCLEX. For instance Concorde in Garden Grove which is the one I went to will be the one to clear me for a 2nd test and a 2nd ATT number. My classmate was in the same situation, he got the good "pop-up" then later failed. Now he has to do 3 weeks of mandatory NCLEX review before they would approve him for a retake. Since if we were to fail, then it would somehow adversely affect the school's passing percentage. So yea I guess I did the trick correctly however to the LVNs who went to a vocational school, for some schools the trick does not 100% work.
I hope this clears up things for some of you, I certainly did for me. Again not trying to disprove this trick, if it helps you relieve anxiety its a good thing since there's a huge wait for CA Board of Nursing. However like I said, do not put too much faith into this trick, if you think you fail STUDY, and if you think you don't know everything STUDY.
concord is a private school. i dont think they have such influence with pearsonvue and bvnpt. the school's rating percentage is only affected by fresh graduate/ 1st time takers. if you retake multiple time it will not affect your schools rating anymore.
ive read 2 articles prior to timmyboys post that said they got the pop up but failed the exam. but they were refering to their brother or friend.. it wasnt really their results. (so i doubted those)... im giving timmyboy the benefit of the doubt.
Quite frankly I don't really care if anybody believe me or not. A part of me wanted to never even post about my ordeal just because it would've been pointless, while another part decided to post just to tell people not to hold off studying just because you "think" you pass. Which is all I am saying...
timmyboy i didnt mean to say that i dont believe you at all. like i said, ill give you the benefit of the doubt. and i appreciate you sharing your ordeal. i'll see for myself if the trick works when i get my results and i'll definetely post it.
goodluck to your next exam. i know you'll definetely pass it this time.
OMG! I passed. I am a Registered Nurse now! I still can't believe it. The BRN still says updated October 19 until today but I tried to typed in my name and there it is! The PVT works!!! It's a miracle. Thank God for everything. Thanks to you guys here in this website. You were the only ones keeping me sane while waiting for my results. Special thanks to BabySierra. FYI, I took NCLEX-RN on October 15, 2009 at 8am in Oakland , CA and I just checked the BRN website today at 330am. So for those of you waiting, be patient and pray. Muwah! RN for life! Good luck and best wishes with everyone here. :redbeathe:heartbeat:redbeathe I love you all! :loveya:
I took my nclex pn today and I received the pop up that states " Our record indicate.....I hope its true that I passed, don't want to get my hopes up. It takes 2 days in texas so I will do the quick result on wednesday to verify.

I took the exam at 8am this morning..finished at 10 30...I go to pearson vue tried to register for a class and it just reads "Your exam results are not available at this time."
