Pearsonvue Trick Is this TRUE? Does it work every time?

Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed.

Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??

Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam?

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.

Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick

If all is still the same from when my friend worked there, you should be getting a letter with your results probably asking for all info on your conviction. Very standard and very common. Pose a question to those who have checked yes on the conviction but failed the test and see what response you get :coollook:

Took the NCLEX on Sept.24th in Cali... it's driving me CRAZY not knowing if I passed!! I tried the "trick" but don't want to get my hopes up until I know for sure. All my classmates that have tried the trick have passed but I'm still so worried. Anyone know how long it's taking to get the results from Sept in Cali???

Praying that the trick really WORKS!!!!

Is this TRUE????? I took my test and I just need a lil hope that I can hold on to. Help, i cant eat and sleep right for the past few days. Ty!

Hi everyone! I'm new to allnurses, but I've been a faithful follower since I started nursing school. I took the nclex-pn on 10-01 in CA. A classmate and I went together, both very confident that we would pass. Needless to say, both of our computers shut off at 85 and doubt set in. The worst wasn't over, we're in CA, no quick results, no name posting on BVNPT, just the waiting game. My nerves were bad by day two. In search of peace of mind, I came across this thread. I tried the trick everyday. Each time getting the "good pop-up". It has been longest two weeks and two days of my life. I wanted to thank everyone here for saying my sanity...I received my results today and I passed! All praises to God...I passed! :anpom:

you got your results already??? wow... I took it the 24th and still haven't heard... NOW I'm super worried!!!

Hi everyone, I took my nclex-pn last week here in California. I tried the pvt trick and it would not let me register, does this really work, considering that CA does not participate in quick result? I need your help guys, I need even just a lil hope and word of encouragement. Please!

Thanks for the input. Before I could even schedule my exam, they sent me a letter needing all the info from the court, the judge, arresting officer, and so on... So they should have everything... And it was a traffic ticket that turned into a huge fine, over $500, thats why I put it down, and it happened 7 years ago! I didn't go to jail or get "convicted" of anything, other than speeding, LOL. Hopefully it will all be good and i'll hear from them in the next couple of weeks... Thank you for putting me at ease!

First, let me just say that this post is not about boasting or to massage my ego. I guess it's just trying to reach out to everybody waiting for their pending NCLEX results, as I myself am doing.

I am an excellent student. I excelled in high school, excelled at my original major at a different college before transferring, was accepted at Ivy League Universities, heeded scholarships and graduated with a high GPA. I received a 92% on the Exit HESI. Not only was I book smart, but I was accepted at two different "Magnet" Hospitals for internships and asked to stay on as techs and eventually nurses at both. I have already received an offer at one of these Magnet Hospitals for a job pending my NCLEX boards.

I took the NCLEX this morning. I'm not sure if the fact that I think that test was ridiculous is a reflection of myself, my University, or whomever is ultimately responsible for the design of the exam, but I found the NCLEX to be obscene. There were entire questions based on side effects of medications I have never heard of, in my studies or in "the real world", questions that didn't even offer any hint to what it might be. I had to go back to my "college exam" tactics of actually picking apart the name of the drug to try and GUESS at what the drug was used for based off of the name itself. I went on to google the names of two medications later, only to find that they weren't even listed on common drug websites.

My "gripe" so to speak with the design of this exam is that I had possibly a sheer handful of questions, if that, on diabetes and heart disease, not a single math question, and was overloaded with infection control regarding shigella. I'm sorry if this is bold but please tell me that when I finally become a real nurse, good nursing practice still includes looking up infection control for things you may not come in contact with often and checking with drug guides and physicians before administering medications google can't even come up with.

To all who may be "preening" this forum for reviews on the examination: please test our future nurses on vital information and not on random facts and test taking skills. Lives depend on it.

hey guys i tried the "trick" today and it gave me the message "unable to register please contact your board" blah blah blah but it's only been a week since i took the test.. im in cali so i dont know if i did it too early? does it matter??

Ok guys!!! I took my NCLEX today, and it shut off at 156 questions. I drove home, crying all the way home. Well, I just did the PVT and it says "The candidate currently has an open registration for this exam. A new registration cannot be created at this time." So, the verdict please???? Or was it too soon to try it. I started at 3:39, and it shut off at 6:30. And the time here in Texas is 7:35. Thanks guys!!
