Pearsonvue Trick Is this TRUE? Does it work every time?

Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed.

Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??

Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam?

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.

Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick

So question. I took the NCLEX today (finished 4 hrs ago). I had 75 questions, 7-8 SATAs, lots of meds, lots of precautions & endocrine etc. I attempted to reregister. And got this box

Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your Member Board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time.

Does that mean I ALMOST DEFINITELY passed? I'm nervous bc I already know of a few I got wrong :(

I took the NCLEX_RN last July 8, and its been one week.My status says that "delivery successful" and below it says that "your board do not participate in Quick result"My board of Nursing is California.

I am from the Philippines,i keep on doing the pearson trick and i always received the pop up and dont allow me to register.

Does this a good sign?

Nothing is definite until your state's BON validates it. However, the pop-up screen is a good indication that you've passed.

I took NCLEX RN today, I felt ok with the exam while taking it, however, now thinking back on questions and answers, I'm not sure. I tried the Pearsonvue trick, the only pop-up I received was, "The candidate currently has test results on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time." This is different from other pop-ups that has been posted on here. It didn't take me to any credit card screen to pay or anything, so, I don't know what to think. :crying2: Has anyone else seen this particular saying......and got pass or fail results??? Please help, I'm a nervous wreck.

oscarandmax - it sounds like yours is not yet saying "delivery confirmed". That is what mine said earlier today when my status was "ready for delivery" or "pending delivery" (something like that). I think you have to wait for your "status" to change when you go to "current activity" on Pearsonvue.

good luck! I got the pop-up both times, but it was annoying waiting for it to change.

Hey Nursinggeek,

But on the activity page, under results ,it say "delivery successful". So your pop-op said the exact same things as mine?? I'm just so freaking nervous about this.

If you think about it it's logical... why would they let you register again for a test that you already passed.. from the posts on this thread.. i think it's like 99% accurate that if you get the pop up (of course this is only after the status of delivery is confirmed) you passed and if the site allows you to register for the test and go all the way to the credit card information than you probably failed... not to lose hope but objectively this is something that makes sense... and by the way it did work for me too... got the pop up and found out that i passed 48 hours after taking the test... there were also previous posts that indicated that they had called pearsonvue and the "trick" has been confirmed by the representatives on the phone. So for those that do try it and get the pop-up you surely passed.. for those that did not... it's an ominous sign... good luck to everyone going to take the test and congratulations for those that passed.. for those that didn't.. don't give up hope.. remember that this is just another trial that you can face head on and come out on top it's just a matter of time.. prayer helps a lot to sooth nerves and strengthens your hope and there's no harm in praying... ;o)

I'm on my 2nd week waiting for my results. I took my test last June 30th. I'm from California so I'll have to wait and it takes usually 3 to 4 weeks before the results come according to the ncsbn website frequently asked questions.

They said to ease your anxiety upon waiting, especially for those states who don't participate on quick results, why not try the trick everybody is talking about?

Here's what they say...

The trick is to log in to your Pearson account, then try to re-register another exam. Fill out everything and if it lets you pay "again", then probably you have failed. If there's a pop up saying you recently have scheduled it and contact the boards for more info then chances are you passed.

Now, I've read couple threads and post but I wanted to see really how many people have done this and worked for them. I did it myself and I got a pop up. My test shut at 85 when i took my nclex-pn. This gives me a sense of hope that I passed but still i'll keep waiting. :typing

GOoooodddmornig,

I think I responded to you earlier on a different thread. Anyway, I live in NC and I got the pop up screen and could not enter my credit card information. I am checking my results this morning at 8 am. I PRAY TO GOD, that the trick still works. I will let you know.

Yeah I remember you. :nuke:

I know you'll pass and Im excited if the trick works for you. Let me know how you did.

If this trick works, then I'll pass coz it doesnt let me pay or register again. Im just scared coz people around me have been failing at 85. I know atleast 2 person who stopped at 85 and didnt make it. They did the trick and it ask them to pay again which makes me think the trick is true. Makes sense coz if you pass already, why would they let you register again.

Goodluck!!! :nuke:

I'm sorry, but I can't remember which state you are in. Thanks for the words of encouragement, I am counting the hours down until I get my results. Praying...............
