  1. I applied to the RN to BSN program and I still have not heard anything. I talked to them on the phone and they said this week they are mailing letters. They said they are prohibited from telling someone whether they got in or not. I am scheduled to attend the orientation for the college of HHS tomorrow, though - not sure how that will work out but I signed up a while ago assuming I'd know by now. I can't easily make the other orientation sessions so I am fine with going, I am just annoyed that I have to go not knowing whether or not I got in.
  2. Congratulations and good luck on the new job!
  3. I graduated from the online program and still had 2 days per week that were weekdays when I had to be basically only doing school. I don't think anyone I knew did it without child care.
  4. oscarandmax - it sounds like yours is not yet saying "delivery confirmed". That is what mine said earlier today when my status was "ready for delivery" or "pending delivery" (something like that). I think you have to wait for your "status" to change when you go to "current activity" on Pearsonvue. good luck! I got the pop-up both times, but it was annoying waiting for it to change.
  5. I took the nclex an hour ago, and just tried the "trick". It didn't let me register again, I don't know what to think, though because I felt like the questions were too easy, no way could I have been above the passing standard. So I guess now I sit and wait.
  6. That was quick! I got it in email just now. I guess they sent something electronically and it got messed up the first time somehow. Woo-hoo!
  7. Yes, I paid it back in mid March. I can log in and check that. They just never got any information from the BON that I was eligible to test. Or at least that's what they told me over the phone. Really, really frustrating. I will be lucky to test before I start work on July 20 at this rate.
  8. I called the BON again. They said they'll resend it and I should hear something within a couple of days.
  9. Wow, good to know. I sent in my paperwork around March 16 or so and still never got my ATT. I think I am going to be calling them again. Good luck on the NCLEX, btw!
  10. How long did it take you after you got your eligibility letter from the VA board, until you got your ATT? I got my Eligibility one week ago and still no word about my ATT. I've called Pearson VUE and was told to call the state board because they don't have anything saying I am eligible. Is this typical, or should I ask the BON to send them another copy or something? I am going nuts here. :uhoh21:
  11. I know a lot of people having a hard time finding work that just graduated with me (last week). I am one of the lucky ones who got an offer, and I do know of some who got jobs. So there is some work even for non-BSN nurses. But jobs are really not easy to come by around here right now (Northern VA here).
  12. I have heard they are having problems with their accreditation right now. That's all I know though - no specifics.
  13. Thanks! I am so happy to be done, you're right - now the only thing that stands in the way is NCLEX. I hope to get my ATT in the next couple of weeks!
