Pearsonvue Trick Is this TRUE? Does it work every time?

Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed.

Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??

Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam?

Steps To See If You Passed The NCLEX On Pearson VUE Website

STEP 1 This is a test. Go To NCLEX Examinations :: Pearson VUE.

STEP 2 Select The 'test Taker Services' Tab At The Top.

STEP 3 Click 'register' On The Right Side.

STEP 4 Click The 'credit Card' Link.

STEP 5 Click The 'sign In' Link In The Second Sentence.

STEP 6 Enter Your Username.

STEP 7 Enter Your Password.

STEP 8 Click The Button.

STEP 9 Click 'register' On The Left Side.

STEP 10 Select Your Test Type.

STEP 11 Click The Button.

STEP 12 Select Your Country.

STEP 13 Click The Button.

STEP 14 Answer The Yes/no Questions.

STEP 1 Select Your Country Again.

STEP 15 Select Your State.

STEP 16 Type In Your City.

STEP 17 Click The Button. A List Of Schools Should Appear.

STEP 18 Select Your School.

STEP 19 Select The Month And Year Of Your Graduation.

STEP 20 Select Your Board Of Nursing.

STEP 21 Click The Button.

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.

Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick

Hopeful 113, I hear ya. I think out of all the Qs I got I felt like I only knew about 10. I will say that I read a post here about infection control and actually decided to look it over the night before because I really had not touched on it.....:w00t: BOY am I glad I did.Seriously I had about 30 Qs that were SATA and normal Qs about that topic. If I did pass I know that post really saved me from having the spend another $275. I had run out of time both of the times taking it. I was devastated.I will have my results in 3 days, so keep the faith. By the way I am in OHIO. Iam crossing fingers toes eyes and hoping I passed......*saying to self "i hope this really works"

I had planned on being there for the full 6 hours....265 Qs!! Took my break at 75 Qs and was ready to dig in for the long haul. You can imagine my surprise when the screen went blue after i answered 75,My last Q was on ethics, which seriously I had never heard or even read the terms that they had posted. I thought it was made up but I came home and looked it up...Ummm got it wrong by the way, so I just so assumed that I had done so badly thAT the test could not go on, but who knows!! I will not cry or feel sorry for myself. I will keep going ,take a few days and pick up again( in the back of my mind I am hoping I dont have to.Those NCLEX books are heavy....lol

i passed!!!!i know i doubted the trick ......can't explain why( been rationalizing the trick ) but it really work.thank you 2brichielpn08 for starting this thread.you've helped lots of people who are waiting for their result.hope next time you'll get the pop up!

I just wanted to let you all know that this trick worked for me! I passed! I got the pop up 2 hours after taking the test and only having 75 questions. I have checked that pop up at least 2 dozen times over the last 24 hours and I just got my results from Pearson Vue that I passed!!!

i have a question for all of you who have officially gotten your results on the pearson vue page does the "delivery successful" change after you receive your results or does it remain the same? I keep checking the BON because I can't get quick results so I am wondering if i should keep checking it or wait until the delivery successful changes (if it does)

OMG...I hope this trick is true...I find out in about five minutes if I passed...I have been getting that pop-up since yesterday! Hopefully I can post soon with good news that I passed!

My test experience was not pleasant, and I love exams. I wish I had read these posts prior to the exam as well as the information on the testing website. I was expecting questions similiar in difficulty and nature to the review books. They at the time felt much more intense and foreign. I may as well have been taking a test on astro physics...it was that unfamiliar to me...odd meds....not mainstream disorders..some unknown to me....etc...I stopped somewhere in the 80's...was guessing one question after another...only felt like I knew 2 answers for sure...the math problems were a relief....I left feeling humiliated and defeated...."I should have studied more...this is going to be so embarrassing...." were my thoughts that took over my mind. I felt pathetic. I reviewed how hard it would be to have to post on my facebook and tell friends and family that I failed the boards. I was convinced of my failure. Then a merciful and thoughtful friend told me about the PV trick and sent me a link to this blog. I followed the instructions on post #1437 (i think) and encountered a glimmer of hope...."could it be true...does this really work...surely they've fixed this by now" were my thoughts.....Then I went on the testing website and started reading what I should have read prior to the exam...that whether you passed or failed, answered 75 questions or 265...the norm is that you only answered 50% of the questions correctly...THIS IS THE NORM...the pass fail is determined, not so much by the percentage of questions that you answered correctly as much as the level of questions that you were answering....:smackingfWhat an odd exam. There is no figuring it out while you wait by comparing experiences...I am pretty sure that the last 2 questions that I encountered were the easiest I had seen...and I know for sure I got them wrong. So the moral of this story....Do the PV trick..try to distract yourself while you wait for your results and remember that even if you do fail you are in good company, It could've happened to several of us..I'm convinced. Keep trying and don't give up. I received my results this morning and I passed...inspite of what all of my thoughts and emotions were telling me...I passed....and if I hadn't...I would have taken it until I did. God be with you!:w00t:
