Pearsonvue Trick - Does it Work Every Time? Part 3

1. Go to NCLEX Examinations :: Pearson VUE.
2. Select the 'test taker services' tab at the top.
3. Click 'register' on the right side.
4. Click the 'credit card' link.
5. Click the 'sign in' link in the second sentence.
6. Enter your username.
7. Enter your password.
8. Click the button.
9. Click 'register' on the left side.
10. Select your test type.
11. Click the button.
12. Select your country.
13. Click the button.
14. Answer the yes/no questions.
15. Select your country again.
16. Select your state.
17. Type in your city.
18. Click the button. a list of schools should appear.
19. Select your school.
20. Select the month and year of your graduation.
21. Select your board of nursing.
22. Click the button.

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc.

This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'Records indicates you have recently registered for this test please contact BON. An appointment cannot be scheduled at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.

Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick.

Took my NCLEX PN, 85 questions, several dreaded SATA, not one med calc and about 6 pharmacology questions. Walked out very unsure of myself and my knowledge. Came home 30 minutes later and did the PVT and got the "good pop-up" I am so relieved. Does anyone know how long it takes for your name to show up on the BVNPT site?

just finished the nclex-pn this morning around 9am. tried the "trick" and i keep on getting the "good pop up" but its the old one. i don't think it matters but i keep getting the

'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.'

either way, keeping my fingers crossed that the trick works for me too!

TY for the information. I took the NCLEX yesterday (2/13/12). Going into it I was confident but then 256 questions later--Not so much. I tried the Pearson Vue Trick and it gave me that pop up. I am kind of skeptical about it and am waiting for the results.

And I'm so neurotic that I keep trying to re-register even though I keep getting the same pop-up. AHHHH!!

I agree with you. You can't "really" study for that test.

I'm waiting to get my quick results, i get the "good" pop up, but after having 265 questions i feel like I definitely failed..this will be the true test! Has anyone gotten the pop up but actually failed?

Last week, I got the cc page and 48 hrs later I found out that I passed!

Hi everyone,I am so grateful for this thread so I wanted to let you know that it worked for me. I took the exam on 2/13/2012, got the "good pop up" 3 hours later, and today I found out I PASSED through Pearson quick view.

I took my Nclex pn test today and I cut off at 85 questions. I had about 20 sata, and meds I never heard of. I am abosolutely positive I failed. I just did the pearson vue trick and it said I had previosly scheduled an exam to contact the board of nursing blah blah. From what I understand, this is the "good" pop up meaning that I passed. (escuse my language) but there is no way in hell I passed. I'm so nervous. I think I just need to go to sleep.

Ok so I took the PN Nclex today and I feel absolutely horrible about it.

I tried to do the Pearson Vue Trick and I "think" not too sure but when I first tried it said Delivery Unsuccessful, will that affect anything??

And I tried it again shortly after and it said the message "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. Another exam cannot be scheduled at this time." So... did I mess it up? Or what does this mean?
