Pearsonvue Trick - Does it Work Every Time? Part 3

1. Go to NCLEX Examinations :: Pearson VUE.
2. Select the 'test taker services' tab at the top.
3. Click 'register' on the right side.
4. Click the 'credit card' link.
5. Click the 'sign in' link in the second sentence.
6. Enter your username.
7. Enter your password.
8. Click the button.
9. Click 'register' on the left side.
10. Select your test type.
11. Click the button.
12. Select your country.
13. Click the button.
14. Answer the yes/no questions.
15. Select your country again.
16. Select your state.
17. Type in your city.
18. Click the button. a list of schools should appear.
19. Select your school.
20. Select the month and year of your graduation.
21. Select your board of nursing.
22. Click the button.

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc.

This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'Records indicates you have recently registered for this test please contact BON. An appointment cannot be scheduled at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.

Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick.

Queenie what did your pop up say?? To contact the BON?? thats what mine said and im freakinggggg bc it didnt say "passed"?!?!?!

The pop-up I got didnt state that I passed either... It said something like "you recently scheduled this exam and can't make another so contact your bon for further assistance." I know its stressful I was freaking out but it actually does work! Im positive you passed! time to celebrate:yeah:

Hi. I took the exam in California (so no Quick Results) on 11/30/11 at 8am. Done at 10:02 after 102 questions. I did the PVT and the pop-up I got said, "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your Member Board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time." On older boards this was considered the "good" pop-up. Does anyone know if this is still the case (that the odds are in my favor)?

I passed! I checked the California BRN site this morning, and there was my name!

As an interesting side-note, the Pearson site STILL has the "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam..." pop-up.

hello everyone, i'm a newbie to this site..buut been reading posts for a while..i was just wondering what it implies if i get the old pop-up 3 hours after i took my test, it didn't say "previously passed" it only said that "have recently schedule".. took the LPN California. I'm scared that I might have failed. I also read one post where they said that they did the trick and got the good pop up then rechecked the following day and it said took them to the credit card page..i'm getting so scared...has anyone who still got the old pop up ended up passing?

Green09 the same thing here. I took the test yesterday in Missouri and I keep getting the old pop up even today. I am stressed to no end, this is the second time I have taken the NCLEX (failed first time ) and I will say the first time the PVT took me straight to the cc page. So I will pray that we both passed. GOOD LUCK :)

I took my exam on 10nov2011 (PN exam in CA), the computer stopped at 85 questions. I did the PVT 1 hour later and got the good pop up. I got my official paperwork 2 1/2 weeks later. Gotta luv CA. My pop up stated I previously passed.

I took the NCLEX-RN today at 8am and was done by 10:45am with 75 questions. 10 SATA, tons of priority, 2 ordering, and medications I have never heard of. There were only a few questions that I knew I answered correctly.

I checked Pearson VUE as soon as I got home and received the old "good pop-up" "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time." Has anyone received this message right after testing and failed?

I live in CA so no quick results ekk!

I took the NCLEX-PN exam today... I answered like 151 q's I ran out of time... It never cut off. So when I did the trick a couple hours after the test it gave me the "the candidate has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time." Then I checked a hour later I received the message, "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your Member Board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time." So from everyone I know that has received this message has passed.

I took the NCLEX this morning and finished at 11:00 a.m....I've tried the PVT and although it says "delivery successful" it gives me the pop up that I'm unsure about. It says " Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your Member Board for further assistance. Another reg cannot be made at this time." I'm in Cali

The waiting is more torturous than I anticipated.

Does this seem like a "good" pop-up or just simply that I'm still waiting.....?

hi, i took the california nclex-rn today, december 8, 2011. my test shut off at 75 questions after 2.5 hours. i walked out of the test center feeling like i failed! i've been going crazy checking for the "good pop-up" every hour, but every time i check, i receive this message:

our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time all nurses.

i really hope that i passed! until i see my name on the bon, i'm just going to play it safe and continue to think that i failed. wish me luck!

What is it exactly?? I took the test this morning, I had 75 questions-at least 40% of it was SATA and ordering 1-5 and I also had one math and one picture. I finished the test in less then 40min and live down the street so I checked right away and it said my results weren't sent yet. Then when I checked later I got this

"Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your Member Board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time all nurses." Is this good?? My classmates who took it the end of Nov got a different pop up.
