Published

I took my test on the 15th of August and received the good pop up (I'm in CA)

Since then, I've been checking daily and continued to get the good pop up until yesterday. Yesterday there was a website update. A complete new look and no more suspenseful pop up message. It seems that everyone is not going to the CC page. I proceeded to submit my credit cars information and process and the "good pop up" will appear then. If you failed apparently it will take your money. So the good pop up is still alive and well we just have to be a little more risky to get to it. I suppose if you fail & they take your money it's inevitable anyhow. Good luck everyone! I attached a print screen of the new "good pop up"

Took my test Wednesday, shut off at 120 was pretty sure I got the last question right but kept second guessing myself.. I was too afraid to hit submit on the new pearson vue website I actually thought I failed because after I put in the cc info I hit next but didn't get the "good pop up" I got my unofficial results today that I passed! So for the new "trick" make sure you hit submit on the next page! It won't give you the pop up after hitting next after the cc info you have to go one step further! Just thought I should give a heads up cause i was so confused by the new page.. Btw this was my second time taking it I took it in July and failed with 265 and the old pearson page let me submit my 200 and I indeed did fail so it does work!

I also inputted my name and cc info yesterday (took NCLEX 8/27); and got the so called "good pop up" as it wouldn't let me schedule the exam. My status is updated on Breeze (California) this morning; I'm an RN. So while Pearson has changed their system and it's a bit different, inputting your credit card information (if you want to do this) and it giving you the message "our records indicate you have scheduled this exam..." may give some reassurance of your exam status pass or not. Good luck everyone!

I took the test yesterday with 265 questions. Do you have to push submit after you push next after you put cc info in? I put in my info and then after I pushed next and no good pop up comes up just says I need to submit and pay. So, I don't know what to believe or if the trick really doesn't work. I am panicking.

@maleana we are on the same boat. I took my 8/22. Did pvt trick before and after maintenance and received good pop up. Still haven't heard from Cali BON till now.

Thank you @jpamilar

I got the good pop up after my test and Saturday before the whole change, I have not done the new trick bc I don't want to risk $. Is frustrating not to know, I read others from CA seeing their name on breeze like two days later. I guess we are different. I'm praying to God that we all pass and that we know soon. Good luck to you & thank you!

@maelena yes, will just have to wait and pray for our result. Pretty much everyone who had a good pop up before and after PVT change had a positive result. Update me.

Hi everyone! Just wanted to share my experience with the new PVT trick so that anyone who is in my boat can feel a little better. I took my NCLEX 8/27/14 and it ended at 75 questions. I checked using the new PVT trick and DID NOT get a "good pop up" after I input my cc info and hit next. I had to decide whether I wanted to risk clicking the SUBMIT button to see if it will pop up then or get charged $200. I decided to wait until the next day to check quick result.....and I PASSED!!! So, if you didn't get a good pop up after entering your cc info and hitting next like me, PLEASE DON'T FEEL DOWN!

@dangat518 are you from California?
