I took my test on the 15th of August and received the good pop up (I'm in CA)
Since then, I've been checking daily and continued to get the good pop up until yesterday. Yesterday there was a website update. A complete new look and no more suspenseful pop up message. It seems that everyone is not going to the CC page. I proceeded to submit my credit cars information and process and the "good pop up" will appear then. If you failed apparently it will take your money. So the good pop up is still alive and well we just have to be a little more risky to get to it. I suppose if you fail & they take your money it's inevitable anyhow. Good luck everyone! I attached a print screen of the new "good pop up"
So you didn't really completed the whole process therefore you didn't see the "good pop up" thing. Good to know. The reason why I'm asking is that I did the new pvt trick in which I have submitted my cc info. and submit order but it didn't let me re-register again. But California BON hasn't release any official result yet, so I'm still waiting.

I'm from Cali too and took my Exam August 27th. I went through all with the cc page and got the good pop-up. Too bad in Cali we have to wait for like 3-6weeks tops..
@kris20006 I took mine 8/22 and it's been a week now. Wow. That's crazy, well, we'll just wait and see. 4 weeks... Tsk..tsk.. I hope your classmate passed.
He actually passed ! :) ..and my other friend just texted me right now that she passed too!! She got her mail within just 2 and half weeks ^^.... Crossed fingers for us ..best hopes
