Pearson Vue Trick NCLEX RN 2017 265 Questions Wisconsin

Published

Hey all!

I wanted to give a quick update to the Pearson Vue Trick (PVT) 2017. While looking for if the "trick" still worked, I didn't see much updated info, and wanted to hopefully alleviate some stress on new grads. I took NCLEX Jan 10th 2017, and got all 265 questions. I started at 8am and finished around 11am. I came home and cried my eyes out thinking I failed, because I assumed getting all the questions was a bad thing. Long story short I tried the PVT by trying to reregister for nclex at about 2pm (I told myself I was going to wait until the next day, but I just couldn't!). I used a current credit card, but put in the incorrect exp date and cvc. I got the "good popup" but wasn't convinced. The good pop up says something about you have already registered for the test blah blah and will not take your money. I tried again later in the evening, maybe around 6ish and got the same result. I was slightly more hopeful, but still not convinced. In Wisconsin we have an OLAS application website I checked also, and next to my nclex results it turned green and said met. At exactly 8am the next day I got the official email from the State of Wisconsin that I had passed, and contained my RN number. I also bought the quick results which said pass.... Soooo long story short the PVT worked for me in 2017!

Hi all, I took my test on 07/29/17 with 108 questions. About 50% of the questions were SATA and the rest were priority questions and MC. I have been freaking out and feeling so miserable all through the weekend. I did the PVT at 24 hrs and it gave me the good pop up but I'm still praying and keeping my fingers crossed. I'm in CA and we don't have the quick result. This wait is killing

Pearson Vue Trick does not always work!!! I took my NCLEX on a Saturday and didn't think quick results 48 hours counted the weekend (but it does). So I attempted this Pearson Vue trick, it let me register completely for the NCLEX. I cried my eyes out. Hoping for a miracle, I kept trying this trick, hoping for a "good popup". I never received one! Monday morning, I decided to check consumer affairs to see if my license number popped up with my name. It showed up and later that day(around the same time I finished, 48 hours later), I saw pass. Boy did I feel relieved. For those who try this trick, just know it's not 100% accurate. Don't be depressed if the good pop up doesn't appear and just check consumer affairs Or quick results!

Hi! Did you actually pay and get a receipt for a new registration?

Congratulations Loveyourself14!!!

Hi! I just wanted to say that as of August 1, 2017 the trick still works! I took my NCLEX on Saturday July 29 with 75 questions, left feeling horrible about it. I tried the trick within an hour of ending the test and got the "good pop-up". Of course I kept trying all Saturday and Sunday and Monday, and got the same pop-up each time. Today, Tuesday August 1, 2017 my license was posted!

I also want to say that after reading through these posts, it seems like some people still don't get the trick. YOU HAVE TO SUBMIT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO ALL THE WAY THROUGH, you cannot stop at the last submit page, you have to continue like you are going to pay. Only then will you get a "good pop-up" saying you cannot register OR you will get charged for another exam indicating you did not pass. This is the only way to do it!

Congratulations jjfab189. I took mine too on Saturday the 29th and I just received the confirmation email today (a little confused though). I've been getting the good pop ups since Saturday but the wait is killing me.

I took my NCLEX PN today, and after I received the email saying I had finished my exam I tried the PVT trick with a gift card. I got the "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Another registration cannot be made at this time." message. That's the good message, correct?? There were so many questions on that exam I'm really nervous. Thanks!!

That's the good one!!

I'm sure you passed then! What state did you take yours in?

I took it in California. I was surprised that I did not receive the confirmation email on Saturday but for some unknown reason I got it today.

Same here! I took my NCLEX PN on Saturday, July 29th in CA. I didn't receive my confirmation email until this afternoon, but I've had the "good pop-up" everyday since I took my test. I'm hoping that CA doesn't take a whole 4-6 weeks to mail out our letters though, I don't want to fully get my hopes up until I see my results on paper.
