I wanted to give a quick update to the Pearson Vue Trick (PVT) 2017. While looking for if the "trick" still worked, I didn't see much updated info, and wanted to hopefully alleviate some stress on new grads. I took NCLEX Jan 10th 2017, and got all 265 questions. I started at 8am and finished around 11am. I came home and cried my eyes out thinking I failed, because I assumed getting all the questions was a bad thing. Long story short I tried the PVT by trying to reregister for nclex at about 2pm (I told myself I was going to wait until the next day, but I just couldn't!). I used a current credit card, but put in the incorrect exp date and cvc. I got the "good popup" but wasn't convinced. The good pop up says something about you have already registered for the test blah blah and will not take your money. I tried again later in the evening, maybe around 6ish and got the same result. I was slightly more hopeful, but still not convinced. In Wisconsin we have an OLAS application website I checked also, and next to my nclex results it turned green and said met. At exactly 8am the next day I got the official email from the State of Wisconsin that I had passed, and contained my RN number. I also bought the quick results which said pass.... Soooo long story short the PVT worked for me in 2017!
I took my exam yesterday June 28th @ 8am and its been about 29 hours already! I'm dying of suspense. I don't want to bother them, but from what I'm reading I guess the system is down!? Why today out of all days!! lol
I took my NCLEX June 20th in San Diego CA, no results yet. This is ridiculous , I am getting the good pop up and my test shut off at 75, I believe I passed. I called the BRN yesterday and they said it can take 2-4 weeks and not to call back till the end of the 4th week. I am beyond frustrated. It sounds like several other people are in the same situation as me. I guess there is nothing we can do but wait.
I just took NCLEX-RN today 6/30 @ 2p in TX and I just tried to do the PVT @ 730p and got "the good pop-up". Like many others who have commented on the thread I'm still in disbelief and doubting if the trick works or not. I hate the anticipation, but reading through these comments I see many people are on the same boat. Hopeful that my official results will be available by sunday- I think the TX BON updates their site every tuesday and thursday, does anybody know when Nursys updates? Anyways, good luck to everyone !
The pvt deff works. I did not get the good pop up went all the way it took my $200 and I failed today. Hopefully I have better luck next time. Congrats all!
Just wanted to comment in regards to the "Pearson Trick" For our graduating 2017 class in May, we had one person fail NCLEX. Pearson Vue Trick was correct in depicting pass or fail for each person.
UPDATE: Took the NCLEX-Rn on June 26th. Got the good pop up! My license was up on the Board of Nursing website the morning of June 28th!! So the popup worked! I friend of mine took it last week as well and it works for her too!
I took my RN in CA back in 2/28 75questions and about 20 sata and didn't get the result not until 4/4/17, i got good pop-up. I passed after long wait but it's worth it. PVT works for meí ½í¸Š
Update: I took NCLEX-RN on 6/30 and did the PVT and got the "good pop up". Got my unofficial results today depicting that I passed. The PVT worked for me. Good luck to everyone !!!
