Hey all!
I wanted to give a quick update to the Pearson Vue Trick (PVT) 2017. While looking for if the "trick" still worked, I didn't see much updated info, and wanted to hopefully alleviate some stress on new grads. I took NCLEX Jan 10th 2017, and got all 265 questions. I started at 8am and finished around 11am. I came home and cried my eyes out thinking I failed, because I assumed getting all the questions was a bad thing. Long story short I tried the PVT by trying to reregister for nclex at about 2pm (I told myself I was going to wait until the next day, but I just couldn't!). I used a current credit card, but put in the incorrect exp date and cvc. I got the "good popup" but wasn't convinced. The good pop up says something about you have already registered for the test blah blah and will not take your money. I tried again later in the evening, maybe around 6ish and got the same result. I was slightly more hopeful, but still not convinced. In Wisconsin we have an OLAS application website I checked also, and next to my nclex results it turned green and said met. At exactly 8am the next day I got the official email from the State of Wisconsin that I had passed, and contained my RN number. I also bought the quick results which said pass.... Soooo long story short the PVT worked for me in 2017!
So I just want to say that the PVT worked for me. I took the test May 19th @ 12:30pm in Ohio. I finished around 3:30pm and immediately rushed home to see if this trick would work. Well initially it gave me a funky message because I never received the official email stating that my tested was accepeted. Once I got my email I got the "good pop up" and I tried it over and over that night in disbelief that it works. Long story short I got an email stating my name was on the Ohio Board of Nursing so it did work and was right!! I'm now a LON and I couldn't be happier that I tried this and it worked. Good luck to all and I hope that everyone keeps getting this pop up ☺ï¸
PVT works. I took my first NCLEX-RN in Vancouver, BC in Canada yesterday. Got 75 questions and the computer shut off. I was so sure that I failed because it seemed like I've only got 2 questions right among 75. Felt like 50 of them were SATA, and I felt like I had none of them correct. I did not know about PVT at all until I found this thread, so I decided to give it a try about 4 hours later I finished the exam. I was so nervous when I hit the 'submit' button, but when I did, the good pop up showed up. I still was very skeptical because I was sure that I screwed the test very very bad. I was going to try another PVT this morning when it will be 24 hours after the exam but I received an e-mail from the CRNBC first at 9AM officially saying I passed the test. Long story short: PVT worked for me, and do not get too upset or depressed even if you feel like you are total failure just as I felt as I left the testing centre. The results might surprise you!

PVT worked for me! Just passed the NCLEX!! I did 126 questions, and ended with 2 SATA.
About 2 hours after, I got the good pop up, and again, 24 hours later. I found my name on the State Board of licensing today;) It really does work!!
