I wanted to share this information because just last night I was frantically searching for it myself and couldn't find anything current. The date today is 2/10/16. I took NCLEX yesterday and I know I passed because my name is listed as having an active license from the state. However, the Pearson Vue Trick did not work for me! Even right now, knowing that I passed, it is still letting me register for a new test!
So, if it lets you register please do not rely on this alone! You still may have passed!
I hope this is helpful to someone who is out there thinking they failed because the almighty Pearson Vue Trick didn't work for them!
So I got this message after filling out the payment info with the wrong CVV number:
Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Another registration cannot be made at this time.
Does this mean I passed or I shouldn't have even been able to reach the payment page?
Very anxious and upset about this
I tried this with my moms old canceled card number because when I put in a fake number it told me it was an invalid number. I figured if I used that number and it tried to charge the $200 it can't since the card no longer exists anyway.
If people are wondering if they did it correctly, this is what I did.
I put the credit card info in, then pressed next. It took me to a page that says, "Your order is NOT complete until you click the Submit Order†button."
Submit order is at the bottom. Once I pressed that, it reloaded the exact same page that has the "submit" button on it with "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Another registration cannot be made at this time." written across the top of it.
I just took the test, so hopefully that's a good indicator that I passed - we'll see! Definitely doing the quick results ASAP! It's worth the $7.95, in my opinion. lol

The same thing happened to me. I did the PV trick an hour after I took the NCLEX and it gave me the good pop up. Now, it is asking me to verify my CC information. I guess that probably means that I failed.
