Very important: at this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. a new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; It just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick

I took my NCLEX today at 12:00 almost all my questions were Select All That Apply...who ever heard of that?
I did that Pearsonvue Trick and I am getting the Our records indicate you recently scheduled this exam please contact bla bla bla.....I just know I failed it. How on earth can you pass with all most all SATA Questions and the real kicker is that it shut off at 85 with all of those I was sure it would keep going.
So in Georgia you have to wait 48 hours...can someone please tell me if this "trick" is accurate I had never heard about it untill I came home in tears and read about it on this site. I had the higest GPA in my class....that doesn't matter....I fell so stupid and upset I can't stop crying and I can not believe this has happened.

I took NCLEX-RN in CA on Wednesday, July 28. My results are not being released because I'm missing required documents to complete my file. I've already sent them in and just waiting for them to be processed.
In the meantime, I tried the trick and got the good pop up screen. But could it mean something different since my file is on hold? How does the system work? Does Pearson VUE automatically know our results once we've tested? So the system knows and will redirect you to whichever page correlates to whether you pass or did not?
Good luck to all those out there. It's truly an awesome experience no matter how many times you take it. Just be proud that you've made it this far!

PVT TRICK WORKED!! I took NCLEX yesterday @ 1245pm computer shut off at 85 questions. Did PVT trick at 945pm and received the good pop-up. Called the VABON @ 0845am and found out I had my LPN license. Hooray!!! I'm a firm believer...it truly works. Thank you ....thank you
People, my test ended in 85 for the nclex-pn. I felt somewhat confident, but got the "bad" pop up. I cried for two days. I cried for NOOOOOO reason! I checked my quick results today and passed. Take my advice and don't rely on a stupid computer pop up. Just wait for the accurate quick results.

i feel the same way, mine also shut off @ 85 and had so many SATA's. i have to wait 3 more weeks for the result (california - nclex-pn). i did the PVT and got the "good pop-up". i am hoping that i'll pass it.... praying!!! =D goodluck to you and for the rest of us.

I came home 2hrs after taking it the first time and seen my status said delivery successful and I tried to re-register and it took me to the cc page and I did indeed fail. I took it the second time came home again 2hrs later and my status said ready to be delivered... my status stayed that way til today(aug 4th) at 9am. Then my status said delivery successful I tried to re register and I got the "good pop up". I kept checkin off and on from 9am til 1pm. Went shopping with my daughter came home and at 7pm I checked again and it let me re- register and took my credit card! So now I am all confused! Why did it do this??? For 5hrs straight after it said successful delivery and gave me the "good pop up" and now I was able to re- register?

I took my RN the 2nd time today @ 1400 (the 1st was june 9) and was out in 2 1/2 hrs, it asked me if I wanted to take a break which I declined @ ?96, when I answered ? 75 and it didn't shut off my heart skipped a beat but I said to myself - U need to be more careful and concentrate harder, you are good enough to go all the way and pass but think about every answer you pick and be very cautious. - I started being very careful and rethinking each answer, and @ ? 146 it shut off. I remember the last ? was a medication I had not learnt about but by elimination I picked an answer, after I got home I googled the medication and it was right. I tried the PVT 4 times but the status kept saying Ready for Delivery until it said deliverly successful, I got a good pop up. I hope it's good sign and I'll keep praying and fingers crossed. Wish me good.
I also took my NCLEX-PN on Aug. 3, 2010 I got all 205 questions I am PRAYING that I passsed the first time! I did the PVT & got the good pop up, I live in California so I have to wait 4-6wks for my official results PRAYING & HOPING that they state I PASSED:nurse: I will let you all know my official results when I get them:)
