Hello all! This is my first post but I've read tons of stuff on here that really helped me! I took NCLEX on Friday (the 13th). First off I got the dreaded 265. I thought I failed. There was not one part of me that thought there was ANY way I passed that thing. So yesterday, I paid for the quick results and under status it says "passed". Nothing has shown up on the states website yet. I live in PA. So I know everyone says not to call and bug them, but I did. They were super nice but said "they have not received anything yet". So I guess what I want to know is #1- if the pearson quick results are 100% accurate. And #2 if anyone knows how long it take the state of PA to post results after they receive them. I am so sorry this is so long and frantic! I am usually very laid back lol! I am scared the state is going to tell me Pearson made a mistake and I did not pass. Ya, its been a very relaxing couple of days;)! Thank you for any help.
I am sorry to hear you have not got any information! I don't know anything about FL bon. I'm in PA and I can't solve my problem out up here. I will keep my fingers crossed for you! We took it the same day, maybe we will both have good outcomes! Its scary, I hate this waiting it is driving me crazy. Good luck!
Well its offical! I got posted to the states site in the last hour some time. I am officially hanging up the crazy! I don't know if I've ever behaved so high strung. My little heart could not take anymore though! For those of you still waiting hang in there. It sucks, I know. I got 265 question and was 100% sure I went to fake nursing school because I had no clue on many of the questions. If I passed I have faith you will to. GOOD LUCK.
in order to receive the att, the files have to be complete right? i received my att yesterday, so does that mean my files are complete?
No it doesn't, Ca is one of few states which will allow you to take NCLEX without a complete file, especially I believe if you train in Ca. Only difference would be if you trained outside of the US and they will evaluate your training first

Did you pay the fee to them and does your state participate in Quick Results? If they do not, then you are never going to see your results there, only about 1/2 of the states do.If you tested on Friday, and your state participated, then your resullts would have been there yesterday; it is just 48 hours after testing.
SO... IT IS OFFICIAL. I did not pass for the third time. After dreading the results, because as I stated earlier, my results were not posted... days later. So... I contatcted Pearson today, they told me that NCSBN pulled my test, and my results were not available... HUH????????? Has anyone heard of this? They gave me the phone number and I called. At first I was told, no that did not happen, the results should be available... blah blah... but then she put me on hold, and about 8 minutes later, she came back online and said yes, they did pull my exam, that sometimes they randomly pull exams and grade them by hand??? to check results. Anyway, my results would be available by 11AM. So I got home, about ten min. ago, checked pearson, and found out I did not pass.
NOT HAPPY. Incredibly sad...
I am going to cross post this on the June test takers thread. I think I am the first of the month, if not, the first of the month for repeat test takers.
I cannot believe this, as I was INCREDIBLY prepared for this test... Back to square one? I don't know what to think. But I went in sooo positive, so ready... My testings went from July 2007 190 questions , Nov 2007 to 230 questions, to this time June 13th, all 265 questions...
I've done Kaplan, I've done, ERI (through school), I went from using every book I could get my hands on, which I was told was overkill (too much material) to using just the Saunders book, and doing Suzanne's plan. Am I the first person to not pass using this plan?
Suzanne: Please let me know what you would suggest my next step to be?
Thanks for any advice from all... UGH, I had a GREAT job lined up... Oh well.... Maybe I'm meant to be an ER Tech for now. I have to believe that God knows the plan he has for me, but just wants to keep it to himself for now.
Take care and good luck to all!
I am so sorry. Do you have test taking anxiety? I had a friend that just took the NCLEX for the 4th time - she passed. AFter the 3rd time that she didn't pass, she went to the MD and he prescribed Strattera(after evaluating her several times). She said that she was able to focus better and passed the NCLEX. Don't give up.

Well congratulations, and good luck to you as a new RN. I have taken my boards this past Friday, and still NO RESULTS either way. Not a good feeling...
... I don't want to rain on anyones parade but at this point, can the news be good? No Quick Results available, nor is it on the Florida BON, and as everyone that has tested in FLknows, that is NOT a good sign, as they are usually on the website (licenses posted I mean), BEFORE the pearson quick reviews are done. IF ANYONE has a different experience in FL, and after 4 days, you still have "passed" please let me know. I am FREAKING out.
... I need some good news, and a break. This is attempt number 3 for me.
THANKS!
