Hi this is a general thread for this years nursing applications for the schools above in Portland,OR and surrounding areas for the FALL 2019/ WINTER 2020 Cohorts.

Bradakor I did the same things, was so very stressful, they informed me since I paid the deposit they were not going to give my spot away. I am really looking over everything now, eek.

Fingers crossed! I'm listed as highly likely for OHSUs BSN and moderately likely for the ABSN. I'll let you know if I hear anything!

Anyone on the MHCC alternate list? I know they have made it to at least number 8! Hoping they zoom right through! Haha

Does anyone know what the current waitlist number is for MHCC I heard they got to 8.

i got in but my friend is number 41 so I’m asking for her. Thanks!

I had a friend that was number 8 and he got his email. I'm 29 and haven't heard anything.

I heard of a person who was driving to a different state for their nursing program and then got a call from OHSU that they were in. I am thinking it must have been the Accelerated Cohort?

I'm #18 on MHCC's alternate list and haven't heard anything yet. I am hopeful, but would love to have a concrete answer. Good luck to all on these alternate lists!

I know of someone who was on the alternate list for the OHSU accelerated program. They were notified that they were accepted to the summer start cohort three weeks before the term started. I am not sure if that kind of thing happens for fall start programs or the traditional programs in general, but its always a possibility.

I got an offer to the 3 year BSN and the ABSN. I will be accepting the ABSNs offer so that means they will move down the line for the 3 year BSN and offer my spot to someone else. I was listed as "highly likely", so progress is being made!!
