PBSC Spring 2015 Nursing

I created this thread for those applying to Spring 2015 LW Nursing. I am a returning student starting a second career. I have 4 prerequisites left that I am taking this summer. I also am taking the Critical Thinking class for a point. I took the Hesi last week to see how I would do and got an 85. I will have about 27 points for my app so not sure if I will take Hesi again. Nah. It wasn't that bad. I was at Peanut Island yesterday and I read the first couple of chapters of each book. Shouldn't be that difficult. Lot's of busy work. I am in the hybrid class and we only meet once a week if that.

I got into the online NUR1024! So excited, I want the extra point for my fall application.

What is the competitive point range for entry into the Full-Time Lake Worth Campus?

Also, has pharmacology opened up for the fall yet?

Pharm won't open until right before fall start. Summer session pharm opened 2 days before classes started. This spring admission was 25.01 points but last fall was 26.85. We will see what fall points are and we can gauge from there.

So far so good. We don't interact with her much as it is a completely online class. I do know she is one of the faculty for clinicals later on in the program, so I guess by then I'll probably meet her face to face. I agree, it's a lot of busy work? which is hell for me because of the other class I'm taking right now and all the busy work there as well. But, once I had some coffee and had a moment to piece my schedule together, the initial panic subsided. She's trying to have fun with us, so that helps to keep morale up. Do you guys get brain teasers in your class?
