Hi everyone,

I'm in the process of study for the nurse Procalc and the NLN entrance exam for PBCC fall nursing program.

I read on line that this school works on a point system

I was wondering if anyone who has been accepted to the program

(past/Present) student: HOW MANY POINTS DID YOU HAVE TO

WHEN ACCEPTED TO THE PROGRAM.

Anyone with info about the program, would be helpful.

Hello all!

I've been half way hanging on...waiting to see if a seat opens up in LW where I applied. I had a 24.86 and the cut-off was 25.04. Who knows how many people are inbetween my score and the cut-off though. Anyway, I just want to tell you all congratulations again and I wish all of you the best of luck. Honestly, when I see you guys made it in, it makes me excited. I wish I could join you all. Until then, you have to keep me posted as to what the program is like.

Anyone get some of the shots suggested for the physical. I work at a pediatrics office so I got them here but man did they hurt! lol, now i know how the children feel:)

Congradulations Driver02, I guess we will see you in Jan. I went to the work alliance out in Bellglade today. It is worth the trip. Both Ms Shanti and MS. Soriano were extremely nice. They made me feel like I was apart of the nursing team already. These ladies are the bomb! Make sure you see one of them if you go out there. The first semester they will pay for books and uniform, the reason why they do not pay for tuitition is because they want to make sure you are not going to quit the program. After first semester they pay for everything. I think she said they might be still doing gas cards $50.00 amonth but we will have to wait and see. Ms shanti said that you cn still apply for other scholarships and if they pay something that workforce pays then the money for workforce will go back into th program for someone else. I am so excited! After you are approved you go back out to pick up a voucher and then take that to get your stuff. I suggest you get a estimate from copies first and take that with you. If the book store has the prices by the time you go then do the same thing, it will save you from making more trips out there and you will hvae your vouchers sooner. People from Lakeworth can g out there to to do there application since the other office never answers......Good luck t everyone.
