Hi everyone,
I'm in the process of study for the nurse Procalc and the NLN entrance exam for PBCC fall nursing program.
I read on line that this school works on a point system
I was wondering if anyone who has been accepted to the program
(past/Present) student: HOW MANY POINTS DID YOU HAVE TO
WHEN ACCEPTED TO THE PROGRAM.
Anyone with info about the program, would be helpful.
Thanks
Still waiting for my email too. I guess no news is good new, But I can't stand the waiting. Looks like BG will be the last ones to know. Good Luck to everyone waiting. For the ones that head, keep your chin up and maybe you can take some classes while your waiting for the next term. Sorry to hear about your denial letter.
to all who didn't get in:
I feel for you guys, I really do! This is my second time applying for the nursing program. Keep your heads up b/c you can do it. I am hoping I get into the BG program. My advice to you guys is to score higher on the NLN. I took that test a couple of times so I would have a higher score this time around and it worked.
Good luck to all still waiting...I am too:-|
Hello Smallz. I actually scored really high on the NLN...in the 90th percentile so I was able to apply with the full 10 points because of my score. My problem was I was missing microbiology which I am in the process of taking this semester. When I reapply in next year, I will have even more points so hopefully next time I apply will be the last time.
Good luck to you. Keep us posted on your status!!

Already been down the Keiser road...meaning I looked in to it. I was SO close to going but decided not to last minute. I didn't have that great of an experience and I couldn't see paying $25,000 for an associates degree. Also, I wanted to keep my student loan payments somewhat small. I've racked up quite a student loan debt over the years. I'm just going to hang on 'til fall of next year.
