I took Intro to Pharm online with the teacher Carol Alexander. I ended up dropping the class. You really need to study a lot for this class and I didn't care for the teacher either. If you are accepted into the program you have to take it the first semester.

Has anyone taken chemistry elsewhere and if so does it show up as completed on your degree audit?

I also was going to apply to Keiser but couldn't get passed the cost. I have a friend who attended Keiser for the Nursing program but she dropped out because she could keep up with work load.

Jentrbo and cprincess701 i'm so sorry you guys. My heart dropped to my stomach when I read the post. My husband told me that "Perseverence and success is not measured by personal achievements but rather on how well you respond to set backs" he came up with that after I got my score for the NLN ( I didn't do so great and I didn't want to apply to the program). Please do not give up but I can only imagine how you must feel. Please apply for the fall you never know. Good luck to all.

Well that's good to know, thank you. I only have 21.7 points but you never know. When I checked with the counselor she told me that the points at the time that i checked ranged from 16 and up so maybe I have a chance. Its 30 miles from my house to bg only 5 miles more than lw. The drive is good time for yourself since there is nothing to look at!

I know i'm counting my chickens before they hatch but just in case does anyone know if you can take classes in LW if your are accepted into BG because if not then we pretty much only have one or two choices for classes and car pooling would be a great idea!

yes, I live in Loxahatchee and the wait is driving me insane!!! I was told that the Lake Worth campus is very competitive.

Sorry it to so long to reply but thank you. The only teacher that I can tell you that didn't work for me was Carol Alexander for into to pharm. It was an online class which isn't a problem for me, the problem was that I would study and study and when I would take the test I had no idea where she came up with her questions it was as if I had never studied. Later I learned I lot of people complained about the same thing. Good Luck!!!
