Hi everyone,
I'm in the process of study for the nurse Procalc and the NLN entrance exam for PBCC fall nursing program.
I read on line that this school works on a point system
I was wondering if anyone who has been accepted to the program
(past/Present) student: HOW MANY POINTS DID YOU HAVE TO
WHEN ACCEPTED TO THE PROGRAM.
Anyone with info about the program, would be helpful.
Thanks
Congrats Foodie,*wine I was waiting to hear from you!! Cheers!
Thanks chepherd,
My BF made me promise I wouldn't check pantherweb till after my lunch, because he felt I was being obsessive.
But I didn't promise not to check allnurses, so when I saw you were in I logged in immediately!!
BEST NEWS!!
SO I have a friend who started this semester. He suggested not to take the critical thinking, I have to take a pharm, it would be too much. He said to go to Barnes and Noble and get a fundamentals of nursing book and study now. He sent me his acceptance package and there was A LOT more info there than in ours! He gave me the number to the MNS Manegment, the company that does the background check and drug screening. It does say in the packet that there will be more info to follow....but this all has to be turned in within a month! Also, if you don't have insurance or your insurance doesn't cover the vaccines required, he told me to make an appointment at the health department, it's cheaper(sometimes). Congrats to everyone! And if you didn't get in...keep working and we will see you in the fall!

Well said! The classes are going to be much more challenging than any of the pre and co-req classes. But nothing in life worth getting is easy. It will just make the accomplishment, all the more rewarding. Here is to the beginning of a wonderful journey for all of us!
CONGRATS TO ALL THAT MADE IT!! (My status just changed to ACCEPTED PART-TIME LAKE WORTH...WooHoo!!)
